      Horrible customer service and severely understaffed. You cannot call this company and reach anyone in general. When you put your number in to be called back after being on hold for ***** minutes if not longer they do not call you back. Then if you do reach someone, they are poorly trained and not knowledgeable enough to fix it. There is also not any other way to contact this company other one phone number, not even my HR team has another way to contact them. Even on alight website you cannot contact them, telling of the structure of a poor company. Good luck calling, you will be on hold for hours. Its obvious this company has D- rating and NOT accredited. Don't do business with these people in any way!

      I called to ask if they had gotten my 401k check from my last job that I mailed to them.. They were asking me questions that I answered and then when I asked them something, apparently it was a stupid question because she hung up on me.. I called back and they knew who I was.. She began the convo as if we never hung up and I tried to answer... She didn't like the answer and hung up.. I called back and said I want a manager B****! Well she didn't like that. Lol. I kept calling back and they kept ignoring me so I finally gave up.. I had enough! I'm going to see if my company can get my money away from them... I will not deal with them! Target... You should be ashamed of yourself!

      Alight manages 401(k), 457(b) and other benefits for **************** employees. I found that my substantial contributions into my 401 and 457 were not deposited into those accounts after being deducted from my pay check (~ $1100). Five calls to Alight have resulted in absolutely nothing, with these funds still being unaccounted for (the deduction was confirmed with payroll).I regularly check my accounts, which is how I caught the missing funds. I now wonder how many other accounts, for employees who don't regularly check balances, have been shorted and where those funds are ending up.Alight via Ga Breeze has one phone number to customer service. No email. And they do NOT correspond with updates.Beware if your retirement is being managed by Alight.

      Incompetent, if you can avoid them do at all costs. I've spoken to 5 different people and received five different answers on what documents I need to provide for my rollover to be processed. Three of the five CSRs have told me I've provided the proper documentation, the other two promised to have the inquiry sent over to be processed and I would receive response in 2-3 days......that never happened. I've uploaded the documents again with a letter demanding some kind of response, which I know I won't get......

      Incompetent doesn't begin to describe Alight. They are a third party benefits manager- they consistently fail to meet their own written guidelines. They erred in advising us that documents were required by a specific date for dependent verification. I presented proof of this- in writing. They still assert that they are well within their rights to stop my insurance for ***** days while they review my "appeal".

      Alight is the worst company I've ever had to deal with. First, they don't easily provide any contact information for customer service. I've sent numerous emails with requests for information and no never gotten a reply. They claim they have no fee ETF's available for their self directed brokerage service but don't provide the symbols of those ETF's. They charge $12.75 per transaction (even for just 5 shares) when the same position was opened for FREE from Fidelity (who my company was with prior to Alight). Their website is awful to navigate and doesn't even provide you with ************** like profit or loss on a holding. Seriously, a 5th grader can put together a more useful website. I can't wait until I can move my money out of their control.
