      Alight keeps saying "needs receipt" but I've uploaded the receipt multple times and they've approved some of the doctor visits using the same type of receipts that they are rejecting. There is no way to speak to someone at Alight that can actually help as they won't give out their number and they don't call you back as they say they will. This is my money that they are fighting me to keep and these are valid doctor and physical therapy visits with in-network providers. I don't understand how a company that is supposed to facilitate healthcare seems like it's a scheme to keep your money. This company should be banned for stealing money from the client as it won't allow the my money to be accessed without a month long fight and even then they will delete submitted items and claim they didn't exist and the fight starts over again!

      ******* was my case manager she unprofessional was not willing to help with my leave. Her nasty attitude should be involved with this company. After constantly trying to get ahold of her and finally did was met with a person with a nasty attitude. Don't get a job where you hate it then. little cyber gangster. All bark behind the phone. Just for asking help.

      Wow, I was locked out of the account and the representative refused to help me close the account out or mail the account closure documents. When I asked to be transferred, she hung up the phone.

      ******** app and customer service with **************** I had enrolled in the app and paid over the phone with a confirmation. They also took a direct debit from my bank one day later (unauthorized). Later I receive a statement saying coverage was dropped for non-payment. Wait what? I have spent 5+ hours on the phone and EVERY ****** does not know what happened with my account. If the very first ****** who filed a report notated that my information was missing in the app (even though I had a screen shot dated 6/9/2025, the IT people could have looked into my case. This has gone wrong every step of the way, and I want answers! So much for the great experience they quote on their website.

      I wrote 3 emails to (Alight) and called them 6 times on the subject of imputed income and why I got a W2 form for my taxes. I was told it is associated with a life insurance policy, and I have no life insurance policy! none! I am now wondering if this is a scam or a huge error on the part of Alight which they are now trying to sweep under the rug. The people at Alight that answer the phone do not know what they are talking about (as usual) and are simply trying to bluff and bully their way through this disaster (as usual). They are dishonest. The only people I can talk to are eighth-grade children with no knowledge, no power or authority, to get any information and they have no intention of helping you. Their game is to block you from solving any problems and get you off the phone. This is just a game to them! As a company, ALIGHT is a complete joke! They answer no questions because they know nothing! I have offered to give them examples of how they can improve their communications, but no one calls. Does Alight get my emails and just throw them away? I think the next step is to go to state and federal agencies. I have no recourse! Originally, I called Alight about a W2 form they incorrectly sent me, and they had no explanation but wouldn't escalate the inquiry. Finally, the Alight contact in ***** told me that I should just ignore the W-2 form, it was probably just a mistake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What kind of company is this? her advice is illegal! This is just one example of Alights total incompetence. When I have a question, I have the right to talk to a real person who is knowledgeable, honest, can speak English and has both a brain and the power to investigate any issue.

      This company makes it almost impossible to access your *** account to view or utilize your funds, to the point they deserve a lawsuit for making it so difficult. Absolutely horrific website and customer service that is not informed on what they need to do to help people. They are misleading customers and need to be adequately subject to fines and penalties for their abuse of customers.

      Little to no communication. Taking them over 6 weeks to process my claim. I've called every day and get told it'll be another 24/48 hours, but that time passes and still nothing. Impossible to talk to your case manager. By this point I won't get paid for 7-8 weeks since by newborn was born.

      Joke. Your website is completely broken, none of the buttons to move forward work. He internet has moved past dial up speeds but apparently not you.
