      I need a procedure , I have already had to cancel once and will probably have to again because this company goes out of their way to make things as difficult as possible. The incompetence demonstrated by this company is unsurpassed. It's almost like they loose stuff and drag their feet on purpose. They don't deserve one star.

      Would give this HSA custodian zero stars if I could!!! Horrible experiences time after time. First this company closed my HSA when I quit my employer. Um, hello HSAs are supposed to be owned by the employee and can be accessed even if you are no longer employed with the organization that was depositing your contributions and ONLY your contributions into this account. They then proceeded to tell me I couldn't transfer my money into my new HSA custodian as I needed to have my account transferred to a retail account. So after weeks of trying to get this sorted out with them, it finally got transferred. Now I'm waiting for them to transfer my funds to my new custodian, and every time I call, I get a different story from every rep I talk to. It's been a month now and I still haven't seen my funds be transferred to my new custodian. This company is an absolute joke! If your employer uses this HSA provider good luck, you will need it, as you will most likely get the "run around" too.

      WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Trying to rollover Aon 401K to Vanguard. The address provided by Aon for Vanguard in Alight's system is WRONG. (How is this possible?) Check is sent to Vanguard's wrong address and is not received by Vanguard. Now it's MY RESPONSIBILITY to (1) tell Aon/Alight Vanguard's correct address: (2) wait another week for Alight to confirm Vanguard's correct address (they already confirmed the wrong address, so this is obviously a nonsensical wait time keeping money at Alight).

      Alight is horrible! My premiums are deducted monthly from my checking account and have been for the last several years. That is the only thing I use my HRA for and it doesn't cover the entire amount and hasn't for several years. In May *********************************************************** for my premium & not my husbands. I waited until the next month just in case it was an error. The next month the same thing happened. I finally called & was transferred to 3 different people all telling me something different. Not one person listened & kept saying they had an audit done & maybe I was deleted by ************** would check & wait another month! *** called five more times and get transferred to as many as three other people. I have faxed them proof of our monthly premiums and copies of my premiums along with my bank statements showing the full amount being deducted each month & what they reimburse me each month. A no brainer right? Well, its Jan 30, ************************** $$$$. This company should NOT be handling HRA accounts! Can anyone help?

      I called alight twice to ask about a **** form they sent me. It was a simple question. Why was I sent the **** form? They hung up on me twice before I had hardly gotten the question out of my mouth I don't know how anyone can even deal with these people. I cant talk to anybody that has anything to say about anything.

      This company is horrible! Ever since AON switched to them you can never get things done in a timely manner. Calls get dropped after waiting on hold or even during a conversation. All I wanted to do was add my Humana prescription plan to my monthly reimbursement and they totally screwed things up. They discontinued my Medical AARP ****************** and I had to call over and over to get that Jan. **** payment and they only reimbursed my Humana for Jan ****. They send you emails saying they received the necessary documentation then send you another one saying they didn't! This is my money and it shouldn't be that difficult to access it in the way I am requesting without hours and hours for over 2 weeks! Some reps are nice others could care less. If I knew how to switch to another company to handle my retiree spending account I would! They encourage you to do everything online but they make it so convoluted and if you are an older person and *******************, it's not easy at all. Also, when you call them you get asked to give your last 4 of SS, phone number and name at least 3 times! Then when you think you are speaking to the right rep, they say they have to switch you to blah, blah blah! Even their phone system ***** I hate this company with a passion!

      This is the company that now handles ******* wife's *** and they are horrible. The *** of this company should be fired by letting the company run like this. We've had no problems with the previous company known as Pay Flex but this new company Alight Solutions, gives the *** account holders a difficult time when processing valid claims for ********************************* ***********. You cant get through to an agent or representative when you call. They keep you waiting for literally hours holding on the phone. This is crazy. They often deny claims or hassle you regardless of the required documentation you send them. Its never enough. It was like pulling teeth to get them to reimburse both myself and my wife just for our prescription eyewear! My wife worked 30 years for the former employer who funds each of our ***s annually and now since this new company took over for PayFlex , it seems we are being hassled to get reimbursed for what this benefit were both *********** and that my spouse worked very long and hard for us to earn. It isn't all that much in the grand scheme of things as far as medical care & costs but it helps offset at least some of our out of pocket expenses, especially, at the beginning of a new calendar year. I wish someone would make the *** of this company aware of what's going on with regards to the handling and processing of these benefits by this company's employees. Its impossible to get a supervisor or manger on the phone. I waited an hour and then hung up, and this was a call directly to their corporate office! This complaint, at the very least, has to be brought to the company's *** & board members. It might be the only way these issues might improve or change. If not, then I guess these concerns must be addressed by the former employer, **** of ***** and other government agencies that regulate *** and other retirement and employee benefits. The horrible reviews I've seen here about this company, speaks for themselves! ES

      HORRID COMPANY!! A real PIECE OF S*** COMPANY!!!! Why do companies use this totally *************** that does NOTHING for anyone??UNITED AIRLINES.....YOU **** FOR USING THIS ******** COMPANY!!!ZERO STARS IF I COULD CHOOSE IT!!

      This business is a fraud. I am afraid that I will lose the money entrusted in them for my HSA. Call and wait on hold for three hours without a response. Furthermore, go on their website where they list no contact information, Also on their website, there is no way to transfer the fund from investment account to HSA base account. Smartchoice must be a con artist.

      We've never been so frustrated! ********** changed from Conduent to Alight to handle healthcare billing and it's been an absolute nightmare! Premiums went through the roof and we've called multiple times to get an explanation and no one can help us. They said they have no previous billing information to refer to and no one is available from Conduent to help us since Jan 1, ****. ********** has made a terrible decision to go with a company that has a D- score! We need to find out who we can talk to!! My husband is on disability and can't afford the new outrageous premium!!
