      Order Date: March 8, 2023; Order #SCIND-********** for 2 NEO Hearing Aids at $299.98..This Company was called on Monday, March 20, 2023 to obtain an RMA # as the right hearing aid does not fit and keeps falling out. I was left on hold for almost 15 minutes so I sent an email to the company explaining the issue. Have now been given 2 "Request Received" numbers, but no further response. I've continued to call the company - now left on hold over 45 minutes, and after 3 days have still not been able to speak with anyone. All they do is constantly run their promo ads on a loop. I need to return this product but am unable to do so without the required RMA # and can't reach this company by phone or via emails. I actually used to work for the Northern ********/******* BBB so I've seen a lot, but MD Hearing Aid ranks right up there with the worst.

      My right hearing aid malfunctioned after the 45 day return time limit. *** tried repeatedly to call but after 30 minutes on HOLD a response came back that no one is available to take my call! I cant find the email address for the *** to advise what poor service they are providing. Also for the right aid to stop working after less than 45 days OF USE is reason enough to be upset with this company. The least they could do is make it right with good customer service.

      The customer purchased the hearing aid in October 2022. On the same day they filed the complaint with the BBB, they also called us and were able to get through. We promptly replaced the malfunctioning hearing aid, and since then, we have not been made aware of any further issues.

      Ordered a set of NEO hearing aides on Feb 26,2023. I have tried them and find them unsatisfactory for my purposes. The provider offers a 45 day return period if you request a RMA number from their customer service. I have tried several times a day over the last week to communicate with customer service by phone and email to no avail. I either get a message that no operators are available or when a connection is made placed on hold for several minutes then told no operator is available. I want them to honor their commitment.

      I ordered these MD Hearing Aids on Feb. 20, 2023, thinking they might help with my minimal hearing loss, but instead I got an ear infection from trying to wear them a few hours for 3 or 4 days. They not only hurt my ears, but did not help amplify the small help I needed. I tried 3 times to call the number on the support team, but each time they said that no one was available. I then went to the support section of their website and tried to get a RMA number so that I could return these. The response was that they created a ticket on my behalf #******. Then they stated that this number is not an authorization for the return of any products or cancellation of service. I then asked if they could send me more instructions on how to complete this return and could I use this ticket number for that. The only response was that they updated my request. After reading these other complaints (which I should have done before I ordered) I am concerned that I might not hear from them about how to return this product and get a full refund, as their advertisement promised. Please advise and help, if you can!

      Ordered NEO hearing aid from this company 1/25/23. Paid $299.98. Business said if not satisfied with product, you have 45 days from date of delivery to return for a full refund. I am not satisfied with product, I gave the product 21 days as recommended to try to get used to, still not satisfied. I am wanting my full refund as promised by MDHearing. I have called 4 different numbers to get an RMA number needed to return the product, each number called at least 5 times a day, each time no answer after being on hold for 25 minutes, only to have a prompt that no customer service representative is available to take my call, please try again later. I need that RMA number and specific return instructions. Order number SCIND-**********. Order date-1/25/2023. Shipping date-1/26/2023

      1-19-2023 Date signed up for $24,95 Club for NEO hearing aid Said if no happy could return within 45 days for full refund.Have called again and again and tells us all customer service representatives are all busy to try again.I have also sent several emails.The hearing aids do not fit and want to return them and need approval to return them.We do not want this $24.95 taken out of our account each month like they are currently doing.

      On February 8th I purchased hearing aids from this company online. They offered a 100% refund guaranteed if not satisfied. I contacted them on the 13th via email and they replied back telling me to check other settings. I replied back that that has been done and the echo is unbearable. I emailed them back again and I got no reply. I called them today and was disconnected called back sat on hold for half an hour and again was disconnected because it was closing time. I feel like I am getting the runaround from this company and all I want is to return this item and to get my money back.

      I agreed to buy these and try them because there is a "45 day risk free" guarantee. These are horrible and do not work and I wan to return them for a refund. I have tried for over a week to get someone to answer the phone or return an email to give me an RMA so that I can return them. No one will answer the phone, just a recording saying that someone will be with you shortly. Then after about ***** minutes of listening to that, it says "no one is available to help you" and then it hangs up. This has happened over and over to me and my daughter. We have both tried numerous times to get help and no one will answer.

      I ordered these hearing aid's I didn't want the extended maintenance agreement but they charge me for it anyway.I called them back in November 2022 & they said they would take the maintenance agreement off but in December they charged me again they said it has been removed & I'll get a refund of $20.00 they was charged me $10.00 a month I still haven't seen no refund yet.

      Hello, Without my permission, an order was placed. I asked for it to be canceled within ten minutes of the order being placed. I was told that "no orders can be canceled". They did not even mail the order for days later. This is just not right.
