      4/26/2023 have called this company for 3 days, waited well over 30 minutes on hold to get a RDM number they require to return hearing aids for total refund. Finally reached a person about the return and now have to wait for another person to call back to get a number. very poor customer response. I have no idea if will refund over ****** because they continue to delay the process.

      MD Hearing advertises *** approved hearing aids for $299 delivered, selling online and mail order with a money back guarantee in 45 days of trial.I made a purchase by phone on March 12, ******************************** a timely manner, charged $310.72 (including sales tax).On April 10, my credit card was charged $10.74 with no explanation or even an email email receipt. I attempted phoning the company 4 times and sat on hold for 30 minutes each time. Finally, I contacted support with their online form, resulting in support request ****** on April 10.With a brief email communication, I was told that I had signed up for their extended protection plan when I purchased the hearing aids. I said I had absolutely not, requesting they cancel the plan and refund the charge. They agreed, yet it has not occurred.April 17, a charge for $64.45 from MDHearing shows as Pending, and another for $64.45 shows as Declined. I have no idea what this is for or why it was put through twice and declined one time, but it is an UNAUTHORIZED charge.I never agreed to allow them to process any kind of recurring billing. I need for them to cancel all charges since the original purchase. I am still considering returning for a full refund as they are really not very good, and I am concerned about further additional charges ongoing from them without notice or agreement. Perhaps THAT is how they can sell hearing aids for such a low price, add the profit later and hope nobody notices...

      I have been trying to get a RMA number to return the hearing ades. Put on hold every time with no response.

      Ordered these hearing aids on 3/8/2023, one of them stopped working on March 29, 2023. I have been trying to contact the company only to be put on hold for 30 min to an hour and nobody picks up. I emailed them thru their costumer service online, 5 days ago and have not heard a word. Asked them for a call back, becasue you will not lose your plan in line, 5 days ago. My daughter has tried to call with the same results. They say you 45 days to return, you have to get a RMA number but nobody will pick up on the return line. I have tried going thru sales and they will not help, won't even get you a supervisor to speak with, they just send you to the return line to sit and wait until your 45 days are up.

      I bought hearing aid from MD hearing. I can't use it. It rings in my ears. I need a RMA number to return. I called numberless times. No one answered. I am on hold now for 27 minutes. Order ID: scind-**********. Order date: 08 March ****.

      these hearing aids hurt my ear. i have tried at least four times to talk to someone about a refund and have been put on hold for at least 3o minutes each time.I even tried to leave a p[hone number but was cut off by your automatic call back service. I simply want a refund.

      As with other complaints with MD Hearing I bought a pair of NEO Hearing Aids. There is a 45 day full refund . I called 3 different phone numbers,waited over 30 min. no answer nobody just the same recording over and over. I just want an RMA so I can return the aids . Please Help Thanks ****

      I am not hearing very well with these hearing aids. I am constantly saying "what". I don't think they fit in my ear properly. I keep getting new tubes but none of them seem to be any better.

      To Whom it may concern On March 13, 2023, I ordered 2 VOLT Hearing Aids for a total of $320.98, Order ID: SCIND-********** (EVOL: EV-********). These hearing aids came with a return policy stating, " Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your MDHearingAid, you have 45 days from the date of delivery to return it for a full refund."These hearing aids are useless for me, I tried several times to call the numbers given for customer service. I waited 45 minutes on one call just to get the recording that they are busy and to call back. I did call back over and over and never was able to talk to a person. I emailed two times, their response said they would respond in two business days. I never heard back from anyone. I had several questions to ask about the hearing aids but now I just want my money back. I have tried everything to get ahold of someone but never accomplished anything.

      I can't reach a live person to get an RMA like so many others. They don't respond to email requests or answers phone calls (long waits on hold).
