      They're not bad; not great. A need for in-the-ear hearing aids caused me to try these. First I bought *** size; my right ear was a great fit and my left ear expelled the aid even with the smallest dome. So I called and chatted with them, ended up deciding to exchange for the *** XS. The exchange receipt paid for my supplied **** Ground Advantage return. And the **** were at business HQ at 7:25 am a week after ******** picked package up. They stated that returns during the 45 day period (they're not doing **** any more) would be refunded 5-7 business days after they receive the return. I found that even the *** XS did not meet my needs for fit or acceptable function, and I shipped the *** XS back (at my own expense) via **** Priority Mail. The *** XS pair were at HQ at a similar early delivery (before business hours!) two days after the *** pair arrived. Also, MDHearing up-sold me WITHOUT MY CONSENT for two parts on a phone call for one item that I did intend to purchase. I followed up with customer service regarding that inappropriate sale and charge to my credit card, and received a follow-up message agreeing that I had not agreed to the purchase and that MDHearing would issue me a refund of $30.88but no refund of ANY sort has reached me.

      DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU DONT ACTUALLY WANT THEIR "No Questions Asked" 45 DAY RETURN GAURANTEE.I have been attempting to get an RMA for the hearing aids that I purchased for my Dad. He refuses to try them, so I wanted a refund. They are unopened.I have attempted contacting the MD HEARING company twice now. On the 28th of Dec I opted to be called back. But the call back went straight to voice-mail. I am aware of this tactic and was very unhappy. I made a second attempt today ****. This time I stayed on hold waiting to be helped. After exactly 2 minutes I was told there were no agents available and you hung up. Tried again later... same result. Again, very deceptive practice as time is running out on my 45 day return window.

      Received my hearing aids, but one of the accessories carried what very clearly looked like a smudge of ear wax. They agreed to send new accessories. Then I had to call because I couldn't program the hearing aids properly. Called three times on 1/8/24, each time reached a recording that said all representatives were busy and to call back later. Called twice on 1/9/24. First call, sat on hold for 15 minutes. Then someone picked up and hung up. Called back, sat on hold for another ten minutes, finally gave up. Did a live chat with a representative. She said my hearing aids were probably defective, and offered to send me a replacement pair in "four to six business days." I asked that they be expedited, and she said only if I pay the expedited shipping charge. I then questioned their customer service practices, and she accused me of having "beaten and badgered for every possible freebie you can get" (simply because I didn't want to deal with someone else's ear wax. I felt very unappreciated, totally unvalued as a customer. If for simply the horrendous customer service at this company. I recommend other avoid mdhearing.com!

      The ability to turn on and off the aides with the blue light fast vs slow is the most fantastic helpful and beneficial aspect of any hearing aide I have tried. Congratulations on the very idea. Unbelievably great. You need to advertise that facet of your aides. I did get some attention telling another big company they needed to learn from you guys and your blue light. ;) Your domes 'melt' with the warmth of the ear over a very few hours. That causes the aide to lose contact and decreased function and they may even fall out. In addition, the aides are large. I am six feet and I have small ears but gees guys...not that small. I even rubbed a blister in my right ear just due to the fact it was too large. When the domes melt in the heat of the ear, even in my ear, they slip around. Change your domes. Nano has good one but so do other companies. It is a real issue for me with an aide large enough to blister my ear fall out six hours later. Not nice. Of everything about your aides the outside of the ear on/off is fabulous. The other thing is make them so when you turn them off, the next time you turn them on the setting is rearranged to be what it was the last time you turned them off. No more fiddling with them is best. I know it is possible as another two companies do that. The more set once, leave alone and wear....turn off and put in set the same way as when you took them out.....the happier we are! The largeness of the aide is not good for me and why I went elsewhere. But yours are my favorites except for the largeness and floppy domes. Your blue on and off is brilliant...Brilliant...The more we can do before putting it in the ear, the better and the less wear and tear on our ears. Do more with different color lights such as for the programs maybe in yellow. Don't use red or green as they have universal meaning recognition. Go for it. You've got something good. Be the colorful hearing aide and market it.

      Got the volt hearing aids, after 4 days the left one stopped working plus when i tried to get used to them the sound was tinny and if you tried to increase the volume to hear better they would whistle and screech they told me to send then back and they would ship me the air 3 so it wouldnt sound tinny as soon as i got them it was the same and when i told them i was done and to send me a packing slip they told me i had to pay $20 for shipping it says in there add free 100% return if your not happy so i paid the money and am sending them back product is cheap you get what you pay for and i will never do this again ****** learned i hope other people read this so they dont make the same mistake i did

      This was an easy purchase experience, and the price is very reasonable for the Volt on sale. They followed up by email to make sure I was installing the hearing aids properly by reviewing a photo I took of my ear with a hearing aid in place. They phoned back with suggestions to improve utilization. I have had Volts now for 6 weeks and found them to work well and quality seems to be fine. I have phoned once (in the middle of the week) on a service question and found their response was fine. They actually can take a call back number and I received a return call within an hour. Recharging has been trouble-free and there has always been enough charge for the day.

      I was amazed how loud and clear everything was when I was wearing the Volt hearing aids from MdHearing. The support was fantastic when I first started wearing them. I am really glad I purchased the aids.

      My first pair hearing aid did not fit well. They were very nice and quick to fix the problem by changing it to a different style without extra fees. It's fix now. They have a good support system with help to solve any issues. And done quickly and helpful.

      I initially called the customer service number for help in adjusting the hearing aid. After several calls with no answer, I called the sales department and told the woman I needed some assistance and had been unable to reach anyone at customer service. She asked if I had bought the one with free lifetime support. I was disgusted that within 45 days I could not get anyone to help me as I only needed someone to help me tweek it. It was then I decided to return it. It had to be returned within 45 days to get my full refund, but I was still unable to get anyone at customer service to give me a return number. To get full refund you had to have an authorization number or you would only get 80% if sent back with no number. The only answer I had was to dispute the charge.MDHearing is backed by a 45-day risk-free trial and free lifetime support from licensed hearing professionals. This is why I have not returned the merchandise. I will be happy to return when assured I will get back 100% of payment. Oh, yeah, You have nothing to lose.They evidently have records of me calling since they said they called back two times. If they called back, no message was left.Use another OTC ******************** It couldn't be worse.
