      I bought a Groupon valued at $60, I paid $26.99 for it. After few weeks it turned into a $10 Groupon on the app. They lost my Groupon. I contacted customer service. I don't think they understand what happened or how it happened. Likely a bug in their software. They have not yet refunded my money. They clearly see I paid $26.99 and they clearly see the value now shows $10. I have attached screenshot of what I bought when it was $60 with the $26.99 price tag on it. They still don't refund. What a joke.

      Made an incorrect purchase and then immediately reached out to Groupon to cancel as it still showed pending. Groupon stated it wouldnt cancel my order and only offered a voucher, which is not a refund. When I called for my issue to be escalated, I was offered an email back in 24 hrs. **************** that does not look out for its customers.

      I purchased an offer, checked the florist website and noticed the product was $20+ cheaper when not using the Groupon link. I went and attempted to refund my purchase after I noticed, the app only offered me a credit and now it won't allow me to use the credit for any other offers stating "Select a new payment method, could not verify payment" when my credits are more than enough to pay for the new offer I was going to purchase to use up my credits.Customer service advised to use another payment option instead of redeeming my credits. So I paid them $60 for absolutely nothing. Literally just a scam site now.

      I have been trying to reach customer support via the information given for the last 4 days and all it says is that they are extremely busy, It won't allow my complaint to go through for a refund. I had issues with a product, the vendor did try to correct the issue but was unsuccessful so they refunded my money paid to them but couldn't refund the groupon amount. I have no way of contacting them but to continue to click the link over and over and over and over... This is so FRUSTRATING that you can not reach a customer support person. I even tried email and it says 24 hour response but it's been 72 hours and NOTHING!!!!

      This is a scam. They redeeen groupon and stop repsodninng back and when the coupon expires, thats it . Dont spend a ***** at this business . They should be banned. Ill filing a police complaint

      Dont book a hotel using Groupon! I booked a hotel through Groupon on Tuesday, April 22, 2025. I personally called the hotel the next day, Wednesday, to ensure my reservation was confirmed. It was not. I reached out to Groupon customer service. They said they would check into it and I would receive an email. I received an email Wednesday afternoon stating my reservation at the hotel was confirmed. I called the hotel Thursday morning to confirm. They again told me they did not have my reservation. I was told the hotel was completely booked, and Groupon would have been informed of this. I reached out to Groupon customer service again and requested a refund as my reservation was for the next day, Friday and I needed to make other arrangements. They insisted my reservation was there. At my insistence, they escalated my request and gave me a case number, stating I would hear back in 24 to 48 hours. I reached out again on Friday to check the status of my case as I needed to find other accommodations. They continued to insist my reservation was confirmed at the hotel. I knew this not to be the case, but on the off chance I was wrong, I physically went to the hotel. Of course, there was no reservation. I again contacted Groupon and they continued to insist that my reservation was confirmed. At this point I demanded a refund immediately. I had to find alternate accommodations with no time to spare, as I had a commitment that evening, It is now Monday, April 28th. I still have not heard back. Finally, I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and they credited me back. Why they continued to insist I had a confirmed reservation when I was physically at the hotel and told otherwise is beyond me! This was the most frustrating experience! Worst customer service! I will not be using them ever again!

      Great Wolf Lodge doors should be shut as far as the lodging. My room was very unclean and it came along with several unwanted guest cockroaches. I have numerous of pictures and videos and had to check out mid morning and leave me and my kids belongings on our driveway because I was scared to bring the cockroaches within my home because we dont live that way and we shouldnt have to leave our home and go stay somewhere that had those type of living conditions.

      i HATE groupon! they have charged me twice for something that i only purchased once and you CANNOT correct this. you CANNOT talk to ANYONE! they just keep sending you to customer support that has lists of topics that you an select, of course, nothing about this! and now it's going to expire and with it, any hopes of a refund. you know what? it didn't have to be a refund. they could have given me another voucher

      This company sells a lot of different kinds of coupons that can be gifted (which all have expiration dates). I have a massage gifted to me which is set to expire this month and I have all the details to redeem my giftcard but it says "invalid code." Okay, I have my 8 digit pin, I have my user ID and a Pass ID (password), can I use those in any way? ****. Can I call customer service? No, they dont have a phone number. Can I chat with them? No? Maybe if you have a verified *******/X account you can DM them. Oh I can fill out a query on their online support form? Yes, their response time is 7 days. This is very disappointing for a major company like this that operates in so many different markets to not have a proper channel for consumers to reach you when we need help. Very disappointing. This was my first experience with Groupon and safe to say the last.
