      I have searched for a particular event tickets on the GroupOn app under location REMOVED. I was directed to a ticket and made a purchase. Later REMOVEDfound out I was directed to a ticket to an event of the same name in REMOVED. Within less than 12 hours of purchase, I have contacted them and asked for a cancellation and a refund because they have directed me to an event in REMOVEDwhen I have set the location to REMOVED. I was told all sales are final and they couldnt cancel the purchase nor can they refund me. I have expressed my frustrations that I felt scammed when I have set the location under REMOVEDand yet was directed to an event in REMOVEDand that I was simply asking for a cancellation on a purchase that was made within 12hrs. I am not sure if it was a glitch in the system but setting my location to REMOVED, then being directed to a ticket offered in REMOVED, then purchasing the ticket and being told I cannot cancel or get a refund for a purchase made within 12 hours was frustrating and would like to get my money back.

      Thank you for reaching out to us through the Better Business Bureau. I have reviewed your most recent comment and all internal Groupon correspondence. I responded to you a moment ago via email from Groupon.com.

      Regarding your complaint: Please be kindly informed that it is not our policy to issue a refund for a Final Sale deal after purchase. This is a condition that was set by the partner when they agreed to feature the deal on our site.

      However, I am able to offer a one time exception in this case.

      A refund of $108.00 will be issued to your credit card shortly. You will get an email confirmation of your refund within 24 hours.

      Although it can take up to 10 business days for this refund to be reflected on your statement, it should appear much sooner.

      While we are happy to make this exception for you today, please know that we will not be able to honor a similar exception in the future.

      I ordered a ticket for Gift of Lights at the REMOVEDin Loudness, REMOVEDon December 17th and I should have received my voucher from Groupon right away. I have complained to their customer service through chat, and have been told that their computer has been slow in processing my order. It is now December 20th and I do not have a voucher yet.

      I've verified that no charges were processed and removed the order from your account. Any charges shown on your card's statement should disappear within 35 business days.

      In addition, if you are still interested in purchasing this offer, it is still available on our website.
