1 starProduct WINSIP *** is super expensive and includes unnecessary features I do not need or ask for. Denies download of the product after a short time even after payment. automatically charges my credit card. unable or impossible to contact the company. Just about impossible to contact the service persons. I an trying to cancel out of a $110.00 bill charged to my **** but it is moving hard - very hard.

1 starTried CCleaner Pro for maybe a day under the free trial. Before the full trial was over, I was charged. It is Christmas time and I am a single mother trying to make it through. I need a refund ASAP!!!!

1 starI have been trying to cancel Parallels. There is no direct telephone link. All of the "help" items are "online." However, the process is cumbersome and confusing. The link to cancel says that the cancellation is on the email--it is not. Do not buy Cleverbridge products. You can't cancel them. You cannot call. Email is useless. The help online is useless.

1 starI have used WinRAR and CC Cleaner products but I have never had them on auto renewal. I was charged twice in one day by cleverbridge who I have never dealt with before in these products till now. There are no logins or way to set up auto renewal. ****** doesn't use a renewal system. You buy it, you have it. And I no longer use CC Cleaner and it has always asked me to renew and never auto renewed before. Now I've been charged multiple times by Cleverbridge who falsely states on their site how to cancel subscription claiming it was on the email. It wasn't. I tried calling and all I got was them telling me they don't make the software and to go to their website. Where you can't do anything. Neither CC Cleaner or WinRAR have links on their site for canceling subscriptions. Yes, Cleverbridge handles payments but they are fraudulently charging people for renewals that don't exist.

1 starCharge multiple times per month. Can't even cancel either I tried to cancel 3 separate times even got emails confirming my subscription was cancelled but was still charged for the month

1 starUnhappy with the company's refund request. It took several attempts to get it filed. When I did get it in; it was for the wrong refund. The transaction of February 15, 2023 was successfully refunded (Thank you). However; the transaction of August 3, 2023, has yet to be resolved. The same product, the same dollar amount. How many of the SAME software products did/do I have? How many auto-renewals do I have to cancel on a product I no longer use!

1 starI have used the cancellation link at the bottom of my original order email as instructed. When answering any questions, except technical problems, on the feedback screen, I get an error message, "Something went wrong, please try again." When answering the feedback screen question, "I'm having technical problems," it goes to a technical screen. On that screen it has a link that says, "Cancel anyway", which doesn't work at all. I have tried doing these steps on two different systems. I get the same results. I logged in to my account and there is not an option to cancel my subscription. It appears that the company is avoiding cancellations.
