    I like the product/service, but they have challenging customer service and do not notify when there is an auto-renew to subscriptions. I was charged for an automatic renewal of my Screencastify subscription despite no longer intending to use the product. I did not receive any advance notification or reminder that my subscription was about to renew prior to the charge being processed. Without such notice, I was not given a reasonable opportunity to cancel or make an informed decision before funds were withdrawn.

    Predatory cancelling practices making it impossible to cancel the product. Impossible to contact anyone and they will charge you for years of you not using the product. Beware!
