    This airline doesnt want to accommodate mothers and children seating together unless you Pat the extra fee of paying for the seats. Thats an outrage. How are my kids under 5 going to seat with a complete stranger alone?!. Not to mention they have the worst customer service I have ever come across. Tye BBB needs to start doing something.

    Siempre que viaje con volaris me ***** cambio de fecha ***** la que les favoreca a elllos sin contar con mi persona y cuando les llam por muchas veces no contestaron, otra ves vena de l ******** **** Y espere 12 horas en El ********************************* y lo ultima vez que viaje con volaris les ped de favor que me dieran la hoja de declaracin como en cinco veces pregunt y no me la daban ya estaba por aterrizar el vuelo y pregunt de nuevo y la seorita me dijo que primero recogera la basura y despus me **** la boleta y enojada. Gracias

    BEWARE!!! FOR YOUR SANITY DO NOT USE THIS Airline If I could leave this company a negative star instead of a one star I would. Our flight was canceled 6hrs before it was originally scheduled to take off. We spent over **** trying to get help on the phone and we told a supervisor needed to help us, every time they would transfer us, the call would be ended, frustrated is an understanding with this company. They also denied honoring the PROFECO law thats in place for travelers under Mexican law when airlines company cancel your flight, they need to notify you 24hrs in advance, find an alternative flight, pay for your hotel and food accommodations as a result of the cancellation and pay you a 25% compensation for damages caused as well. The only thing they did was find a different flight and that was one day later, this caused us to loose seven hundred dollars from the all inclusive hotel we booked. The 25% compensation is only given as a credit you can only use towards later flights so they end up forcing you to book more flights this way with them unless you choose to just loose that money over all. You get what you pay for, we have heard of their bad reputation but because of the reasonable prices we saw they offered we decided to give them a try. Worse mistake ever. We received an email regarding the flight they re booked us for a later date now asking if we would like to volunteer to take a different flight instead! This is absolutely unacceptable, seems like their tactic is to over sell tickets, offer credits for later flights so you are stuck only using them.

    The worst airline. They tell you to arrive 3 hours before your flight but they dont open their counters till 1-1/2 hours before the flight. They also overcharge for check bags, I paid $99 and that was on line, probably they charge the double at the airport. I don't know if there is a regulation on how much they can charge for check bags.

    The Worst Airline I did have to change flight dates due to Business that I had to do in *********** **********, 1st they delayed our trip to *********** and got late to Wedding Ceremony, on return I changed date and paid extra It was worthless as once we got to *********** they cancel flight and sent us 12 hours late again, my wife went to ************** ****** and also was delayed 12 hours, when Volaris sends email with voucher you can not claim it as they expire quick so Volaris is the f*** up airline

    I dont understand why they charge different prices on luggage they are charging me 135. For one luggage one way the government should be involved regulating prices on luggage If you lookup on different divsese they give you different luggage prices

    If you value your sanity, do not, under any circumstances, fly with Volaris, they are a scam company. Our flight could not be completed due to the Fuego Volcano eruption in *********. They didnt allow us to change our flight each time we called up to 7 hours past the time we grounded, they insisted our flight had been completed even though the ********* airport had been forced to close. We were stranded in the ******************** without a way home, after being robbed of almost all of our possessions. All we wanted at that time was a flight home and they said it was impossible. They ping ponged us back and forth saying the call center had a resolution and the call center would say that we needed to speak with the representatives at the airport. The Volaris desk provided this signage below basically saying we cant do anything to help you. We were forced to buy another ticket home with JetBlue and now they say we can change our flight, but get no refund. That timing is a little too convenient. The flight has to be completed within 30 days and Id never fly with them again. Will most likely be a lost cause and so I urge you to share with your loved ones not to fly with them. They already have a bad reputation, but provided a flight at a good price, but is absolutely not worth the stress, as they never got us home and will not provide a resolution.

    Worst airline would not recommend to my worst enemy , I travel with my elderly mother who is on a wheelchair we were treated like trash

    I work in a cancer research lab, and when 10 members of my laboratory making less than $60k per year needed to fly to a conference in ******, Volaris offered a $170 flight. Three months before the flight, Volaris cancelled this flight, but marked it as "delayed" by 48 hours so that they did not need to offer refunds. They later pushed it back FURTHER to 72 hours, all with zero notifications until roughly 1 months before the flight.Customer service was worthless, insisting that their only option was to give flight credit for another trip. I was never given a refund, nor were my lab mates (to my knowledge).The silver lining is that given the number of upcoming symposia our lab has scheduled in ****** and our new "No Volaris" policy, their stunt likely cost them tens of thousands USD in the coming years. Do not use this airline unless your trip is extremely ******* and you have no other option.
