    Stolen items from my luggage, broke luggage. Have to buy new one. Broken sentimental and items inside.

    They sell "Refundalbe" tickets but don't actually offer you a refund. They only offer you credit that you must use in short order. That is NOT what a refund is. a refund is to actually give you your money back. This is false advertising they are doing on purpose.

    HORRIBLE AIRLINE THE WORST!!! I have flown with Aeromexico, Southwest,JetBlue, American Airlines and ALL are way better options than Volaris. I get the tickets are cheap but they need to do better. They charge if you do not meet the dimensions for checked luggage. (Lady literally used a freaking measuring tape)Let me tell you something I have used the same luggage for many flights and today was preposterous to say the least. I would definitely avoid and pay for a better experience with AeroMexico !!! Avoid the hassle with this airline they just want to charge more and always have some Rude a** employees. They even laugh at your face about there policies and will talk about you to other coworkers in front of you. I hope they go bankrupt. Which **** my words they will. Worst experience with any airline.

    Worst airline I've ever dealt with, after a full day of lies from the airline which caused ** to miss our entire vacation they said we would be getting a refund, lies again as we have still not recieved the refund from them and it is impossible to reach any customer service representative, people should be advised to not fly with this airline.

Please don't insult our intelligence. your company takes advantage of their customers and steals their money. If it wasn't that we continue to request assistance your company would just keep customers money.I will make sure to post all this information on social media and report to the better business bureau. This is not a good way to run a business and treat your paying customers.Shame on VOLAIRS

    Volaris is the worst airline in the world. Horrible customer service. They still your money and you arent available to do anything. I give 0 stars.

    By far the worst experience. Booked flights for 2 from ****** in ******* in January to LeonMX round trip. 23 hrs before return flight tried to do check in on line and only one would go thru and get boarding pass. second ticket had message to call or go the airport counter to get other boarding pass. Our flight was scheduled to leave at 5:01 am yesterday so we arrived at airport at 3:20 waited in line for ***** minutes was told then to move to other line for board pass issues. Waited in the other line before an employee spoke to us and said we were late and the seat was sold to another passenger. The CS agent gave ** only one option he had was to move ** to a flight another flight 2 days later on Wednesday and pay an additional 200+ dollars. Not an option as i had doctors appointment on Tuesday evening and had to report back to work Tuesday morning. We told him that is not satisfactory. We told us to move to the side so he could help other customers that had same complaints and he would get back to us when we made decision. We moved to the side as instructed and were trying to figure out what to do. Then another Volaris employee coming from the behind the counter walked by and yelled as us for being in her way even after that is where the first agent told us to stay, this was not an excuse me but it was get out of my way kind of attitude. My fiancee then found a flight that would take ** into ***** and would land around 1:45am Tuesday morning. We waited until the agent was available and asked the agent if he could get us on this later flight he said sure but it would cost us around $500 ** dollars. After complaining was getting us nowhere we had to take that option. i paid the additional $487 **. We asked to print ** boarding passes so we have any issues he did. I notice on one them he circled in red marker the flight number. Guess what upon arrival to board i was pulled to secondary checking and was last on plane.

    ****** learned, make sure you do your research on these "great saving" airline... My dads at the airport with alot of people confused as how they cant get checked in, their confimation codes arent working and the staff if just trained in checking in your bags cause thats a extra 60$ but theyre not trained or have the authority to check you in. They want you to use their app/website but the confirmation codes arent working along with other travelers. Bunch of scammers. Btw customer service is all automated, so goodluck.

    Please read every review here, these people are not lying. This is by far the worst airline in the world. Saving yourself $100 or $200 isnt worth the stress and aggravation these people put you through. I reserved my tickets well in advance (3-4 months before my flight). The first time they cancelled my reservation, they didnt send me any type of notification. Had it not been because I logged in to check everything I would have never found out. I called them and tried to get a response and all they could do was change my flight. I was ok with that because luckily I still had time to change my reservations for my stay. Then what really made me upset was that they cancelled my reservation again and this time it was with under 15 hours before my flight was set to leave. This really put me in a bad spot because now Im losing my hard earned money on other reservations I had pending for my trip. They pushed my flight to a day later, they offered to issue me a voucher for credit towards a future reservation but that voucher is only good for like a month. Not only that but why would I ever want to fly with them again if they keep pulling stunts like this. They also offered to return my money but at this point what good is that. Tickets through any other airline are 2 to 3 times as much in price when you try purchasing them the day before a flight. They refused to compensate me in any way. I asked them to at least compensate me for my luggage and they refused. BUYER BEWARE!!! This is no joke, stay as far away from these people as possible. Take your hard earned money elsewhere, where they truly will appreciate your business. I hope you all never have to go through this. Incompetent leadership and customer service. I truly dont know how they stay in business. As other people said in their reviews, I agree, if I could give these people zero or negative stars I 100% would.
