    I have never been dealt any company with horrible customer service and disregard for their customers. I honestly can’t believe this company is still in business! We had 2 cancelled flights and when the 2nd flight was cancelled we tried to book a flight asap via the customer service number, which is nothing but robots. Any transfers usually resulted in dropped calls. After multiple attempts to rebook we finally went to the airport to speak to someone in person. We might as well have gone via the phone route because the representative was just as useless. The earliest flight they had was Sunday (this was Friday and they were still selling flights for Friday and Saturday on their website). When I asked why they still had flights on their website but none to get us home, the representative for Volaris said those were all flights that were being oversold! After 15 minutes of pleading, explaining our situation, 5 days of hotel, transportation, and food expenses, we understood that their only interest was not to make things right but to sell more tickets and fill every seat on the plane with new unaware customers. The attitudes of the people we dealt with are unacceptable! We ended up going with another airline to return home. If you want to take the risk of a cancelled flight and crappy customer service, fly with Volaris. Otherwise, save yourself the headache and money and pay a little more upfront with an airline that actually takes their customers into account!

    I regret having bought tickets from this airline. My checked luggage was lost and they make it impossible to reach them for compensation.

    I recently flew with Volaris for the first time and did not have a good experience. The chairs were very uncomfortable and my luggage was damaged. I have traveled to *********** 3 times in the past 3 years with other airlines and they have never broken any bottles that I have put in my checked bag. I wrapped a bottle of alcohol in a blanket so it would not get damaged like I always do, but under Volaris' possession, it was mishandled and caused the bottle to break. The liquids inside damaged my Samsonite luggage as well as some vintage clothes I cannot recover. I would like a refund of at least $350 USD to cover this inconvenience. I submitted a ticket on 1/24/2023 and have yet to receive a response.

    It's been now almost a month, and I have not received a refund for the Total cost of my trip: $ ******** USD.Also, the Volaris representative mentioned I would receive compensation equivalent to 25% percent for the inconvenience, which has not been reflected in my credit card account either.It is just not acceptable for such a bureaucratic process to:*Get updates for the flight. The Volaris portal took hours to reflect and update the flight delay (initially) and the cancellation later. Hours before that happened, the *** airport's portal had notified and updated the information stating that this flight was already delayed and later canceled. This situation misled a lot of people who had to take a cab and wait at the airport for hours, just to hear in the end (and too late) that the flight was canceled.*Get a volaris representative on the phone to resolve the cancellation of this flight. After one hour and a half, we finally got to speak with a representative who could not book any other flight for us but pretty much after the holidays, which wasn't the main purpose of this trip; Especially after we paid a big ticket price to fly during the holiday season.*Almost a month after this last call with a representative, we can't see that amount reflected on our credit card. By the way, the ticket was purchased in early October, so the money has already been in Volaris' account for almost four months (perhaps, making more money).*It is amazing that the second-largest airline in ****** and with international flights to the US can't have a competitive call center to resolve these cases. Now all you have is an automated system and communication through e-mails and WhatsApp automated messages. Wow, very disappointing experience.*Since the last conversation I had with a volaris representative on December 24th, I have talked to at least three people, who confirmed the refund would take between 7 to 21 business days (supposedly). Unacceptable and Extremely rude response!

    Horrible airline. The worst I have ever experienced in my life. They sold us a direct flight, but was not direct at all. They charged us TWICE for luggage and seats. Took items from your carry-on saying they werent allowed, like kid toys and such. I would rather walk than take this airline again Horrible.

    Worst airline!!! They didnt aloud my 12lb dog on cabin because they said the carrier was too small for the dog and it was actually the size they spect on their website even though they aloud a 27lb dog on the same size carrier according to the descriptions they tell you on their website this is bull..!!! I had to rush out and buy a rigid cage to take him on the cargo of the plain and they claim they are animal lovers and that they wouldnt let him travel on such a small carrier what a way of taking care of a little dog he was panicking by him self! Will never use this airline again Ill rather pay doble than deal with this Rataris!!!!

    If I could give a zero start I will. This VOLARIS AIRLINE (My flight was roundtrip from ****** to *******) is a joke, there customer service *****, employees are so impolite, rude, they charge ** $160.00 for luggage. My family member need it a wheelchair and they refuse to provide it. Plus, if the customer services desk helps us check in, they will charge $15.00 to help. Also, person who work for the airport are asking for tips now. My family member did a stop in *********** to ***********. She got charge $1200 pesos again for luggage. She arrived in ****** to find out she got lot of things stolen from inside her luggage. Please avoid this airline is a fraud.Airlines need to check into all these excessive charges to customers is ridiculous paying all this extra fees here in ***************** and paying in ****** again.

    Negative -5 stars if i could and wow it seems like a-lot of the reviews are horrible and well this one is no different from the rest. 1st over booked flights not once not twice but three times!?!? You need to fix your booking services! 2nd delayed flights we've been here since 8am flight was supposed to take off at 11:30 now till 3:30pm vacations payed and praying they don't cancel the flight. ?? If yall are reading this review and are planning on flying with Volaris DONT!!! Choose ****** airlines!! You wont get any BS like Volaris????

    Beware. They put on their website that check bag fees are 35 - 65 depending on weight, then charge you 150 per checked bag. Also 114 for carry on. If we did not have our credit card we would have been stuck. Also their prices are more expensive in person and slightly less expensive on their app.

    They lost my ******* for a week. Had no way to contact a real person via telephone. Only an endless loop on whatsapp. Offer for reimbursement was $5, despite having to pay for laundry services and buy all new clothes while on vacation.
