1 starI placed an order sometime ago and had some issues. The embroidery was off on a couple of items. They reimbursed me for one, but said the others met their quality control standards. Unacceptable. Despite my better judgment, I attempted to place another order today, and was told they would not except an order because we've had problems in the past. REALLY?!. 5 starsI absolutely love the matching Christmas stockings I purchased. The special Christmas price made it even more appealing. I bought seven. The names look beautiful, bright colors and lovely font that matches what I ordered. The stocking itself has bright colors. The quality is good. I can't wait to hang them on my mantle. They will make our Christmas even more special because this is the first time we've all had matching stockings with our names on them. The quality is excellent. The top fleece is soft and sturdy. The bottom of the stocking is sturdy and stitching is tight.I would buy any fabric product they sell like banners or wall hangars.I would buy any fabric product they sell like banners or wall hangars. My husband loved it and was very pleased when I gave it to him for our first anniversary. 2 starsMany of the items purchased were of poor quality so I had not ordered in a while. My daughter's lost their father and so I decided to order them a necklace after receiving a free shipping offer via email "Anyship" no minimum purchase required and did not have any asterisks beside indicating there were any exclusions. I contacted the company and spoke with a female rep because it ai received a message that the coupon was only allowed for economy shipping. I asked the *** for another coupon and she said she couldn't give me one but the item was coming from another manufacturer. At the end of the day, this is false advertising. I will never order from personalizationmall.com ever again and they should be penalized for the false advertising and I should be compensated for my troubles.Review fromMelissa K
