      On my second donation on 12/19/23, I attended my appt at 1:45p. Upon sitting at my donation chair, a gentleman was unhooked after completely his donation. The male donor was upset at a female staff for making racist comments throughout his donation in the back where the staff gather together to talk. The staff did not get a supervisor and the donor was becoming more upset as the staff member denied the accusations. The donor became threatening with his words and behavior became aggressive. All staff walked away from the angry donor and left him unattended with no staff within safety reach of this angry donor while all other donors were bond by IVs and at a safety risk. No supervisor came on the floor the entire time during nor after to smooth the energy from the chaos with their staff, nor the donors that was exposed to the negative encounter from the situation. Bc supervisor or management did not get involved correctly, staff were all over the place, leaving donors pulled to machines and others waiting for an extended period of time. Staff gathered to talk c*** together and continue to escalate the problem by speaking to their donors on another donors actions that had occurred. Staffs task at hand were severely affected, to the point that my side where the incident occurred under pink zone was out of ratio per compliance to the medical department. There was a staff member named ******* that was left with over 10 patients on his own, mostly hooked up with *** while the supervisor called all her staff off the floor to meet with her and help in other areas. Once again leaving the donors at a safety risk with only one staff member in charge of all those donors. It took over 1.5 to start my IV, and I had no complaints with a witness to a friend that was sitting in the next donor chair. I went to provide a forgotten surgery and was informed I was deferred. After reviewing it was an error however the supervisor jazz was not professional and all over the place. Her approach is too friendly with staff and I have major safety concerns moving forward with the way this supervisor handles her staff and herself for this facility. I would like a phone call from upper management as I have submitted a compliant and requested a grivence form and informed they dont do grivences.

      I have two (2) complaints, one regarding a failure to explain the *********** * ******** questions asked by Biolife, * secondly, against employee *********************** whom apparently failed to submit my blood samples for protein analysis. I both asked several employees * sent a question via website two weeks on 12/15/23 ago regarding why my ethnicity and gender were not "locked" in the Biolife app (as if they're going to change or can be changed), * why the app asked me to talk those things over with Biolife personnel. The employees that I asked in-person seemed to be nervous * hesitant to provide an answer for some strange reason * I'm still awaiting an answer. I then sent the questions via website (was fielded by *************************, Assistant Mgr) who also has failed to answer it as either he does not have the capacity to understand the question or due to general professional apathy * lackadaisicalness. Next, I visited Biolife today 12/27 to donate. While answering the login questionnaire, I received an error message that I was deferred, so I walked to the intake area to find out why. Before I could say anything, the phlebotomist blurted out "your protein sample wasn't received?" I didn't understand what she was talking about * so nurses **** * ***** told me that employee *********************** failed to do her job by submitting my blood samples on time for protein analysis on 2 different occasions (12/8 * 12/13). I've noticed a bad attitude from ****** before * I was getting ready to file a complaint about her, so I'm not surprised. This was an intentional * purposeful action on her part. This is completely unacceptable * unprofessional treatment from Biolife staff. Supervisor **** should not have been permitted to exclude me from donating because of a failure on both her * ******'s part to do their jobs. I'm visiting the center on Friday, 12/29, and expect to donate. I would like to speak with Director ************************* about these issues * was told he'd be in office later this wk

      I have been donating at biolife plasma for some time. As of lately they have been saying my blood pressure and pulse is too high. Deferring me constantly stating too high blood pressure. For several weeks I have run blood pressure a pulse test using my own machine. Without any showing of such. Being high blood pressure or high pulse. When I spoke to the center manager she simply brushed me off. I was told I would be given something to take to my doctor to clarify I'm healthy. I was denied after being told I would be given this paperwork. I am starting to believe this is being done to me intentionally. An would like something to be done to clarify this issue. I don't smoke drink and my health has never been an issue. So I can't understand why this center keeps claiming my blood pressure and pulse is always high. When I do the test myself this is never shown.

      No employee in the vitals station has washed their hands between patients. Some wiped their hand on nose then put on gloves, so no sterile techniques. And played with their hair. This is very dangerous and how germs and sickness spread.

      Biolife Plasma ********* **, On *******************, worker refused to put needle in my left arm, while needle in my right arm they twisted the needle several times, quite painful. They were told numerous times that left arm was determined to be best for drawing my blood. I ended with blood clot, and swollen area, and I wasn't properly paid

      Concerning the BioLife Plasma Center on *****************. in *****, **: I donated on December 14 and received 40-some dollars. Then I donated on December 20 and received only 40+ dollars again. That was my 2nd donation in a week; wasn't I supposed to get more money for my 2nd donation? Plus, the whole process took OVER 3 HOURS. And I've been a regular donor! This is just ridiculous. I have contacted them several times but they won't get back to me.

      I has been a Blood Plasma ***** for several years and on 06/30/2023 i received a notice from Biolife Plasma center that a recent blood sample tested positive for HBsAg. I immediately consulted my primary doctor who refer me the a liver doctor for further blood testing. As result, Blood test for Hepatitis B came back Negative after a comprehensive blood lad work which caused a enormous amount of stress and out of pocket expenses due to medical copay. Since receiving medical information, I have been trying Biolife via phone calls, and messages. I request steps necessary to remove this Hepatitis B positive from the National ***** registration.

      A couple of days ago I went to a BioLife establishment and open my account as well as schedule my first appointment. My first appointment was scheduled for today, December 18 at 5 PM. I arrive at the broken arrow location and I spoke with the receptionist. She asked me if it was a first time or return. I told her this was my first time. She gave me a paper to fill out and put my name and what time I got there. Should I ask for a ID and Social Security card. I had told her I had my real ID but I was gonna go ahead and use my paystub. She said the pay needed to show full Social Security number. Its not true I never does. She said I shouldve assumed that they needed a full Social Security number shown. She said I needed that I needed to reschedule. She offered to reschedule. I told her it was a waste of my time and gas to come out here for no reason. I didnt request that to communicate with someone else. I called this number and asked to speak to a manager explain with the situation, and the manager said they had a third-party verification service. I explained that was never offered to me. She told me to hold and when she came back, she said her receptionist has said she did it offer it. She then accuse me of lying. I told her she had never offered that to me and I was unaware of that situation. She didnt offer me to reschedule a later time. Either declined because the lack of professionalism in that establishment already said it all. I told her to be my first experience, but it was clearly not a good one. She didnt say that she can either reschedule me or I can do a walk-in clinic ***** cause they open at 6 AM.

      I went into a bio life on ***** about 5 days ago, I schedule my appointment for the location at ************. ************************************************************************************************. My appointment was today, 12/18/23 at 5pm, I went in and the receptionist asked me if it was my first time and gave me a paper to fill out. When I said this was my first time she requested my ID and my Social Security card. On the checklist that I received regarding my first appointment. It said that for a Social Security card I could take in my paystub. She didnt say people should assume that we need a paystub that show all Social Security numbers. I told her only the last two then she said I would need to reschedule us some later time if I didnt have anything with my full Social Security number. I told her thats not in the checklist and it wouldve been a waste of time and gas for me to come out this way for no reason. She said I would just have to reschedule. I asked her to give me a number to call and speak to someone so I chose to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor informed me that they had a way to verify and run it through a third-party verification system. I explained the manager the option was never given to me. She asked me to be put on hold and she came back, saying that the receptionist said she did offer as well as offering to reschedule for me which she did not. at this point reschedule our time. Clearly I was there in the parking lot. I showed up in time for my appointment and Im professionalism to lie about offering a service that was never offering it beyond. Because she said her receptionist did offer that service, but it was not true. She didnt say that thats what she was saying. She offered to reschedule and I said no I would not be rescheduled at at this location because clearly the employees dont know what professionalism is. it has been a waste of my time and gas, and nothing was ever resolved
