      Subject: Urgent: Unresolved Password Reset Request Dear Technical Support Team,I am writing to express my frustration and concern regarding the repeated lack of response to my password reset requests. I have submitted multiple requests through your websites Contact Us form and have also reached out to my local center, yet I have received no assistance or follow-up from anyone.This ongoing issue has prevented me from accessing my account and is now affecting my ability to use your services.       This was my first time donating plasma at BioLife, and I was extremely nervous but wanted to face my fear of needles. After completing my physical and paperwork, I was taken to the main donation area.The staff member named ****** was impatient and dismissive when I hesitated before starting. Once the process began, the needle stick was extremely painful. I tried to cope by covering my face with my hoodie so I wouldnt have to look at the needle. ****** came over and told me I couldnt cover my face. When I said I was trying my best to cope, he abruptly stopped the procedure and said he would get me out of there.While unhooking me, he handled the tubing roughly, and I felt immediate sharp pain. Another nurse rushed over, looked alarmed, and said I had developed a hematoma. My arm was swollen, bruised, and very sore afterward.I understand I was nervous, but the situation was handled with no compassion or care. Hunters reaction and rough handling left me injured and shaken. The only positive part of my visit was Nurse ****** who was kind and *************** requesting a formal review of this incident, confirmation that an adverse event report has been filed, and compensation or acknowledgment for the injury and distress caused.

      I was turned down at Biolife Plasma when I shouldn't have been. I was told to speak to the manager and I called over 3x to try and speak to someone and nobody can answer the phone or call anyone back. I've called previously with a medical question with no call back. This is a medical facility, they should be calling people back atleast.

      Good morning I'm reaching out at 4:24am CST on Sunday morning about a incident that took place Saturday Oct.24th I believe; that's how disrespected I felt. On Oct 24th I had an appointment for 3:55 pm and after arriving and completing vitals successfully, I was called out of my donor chair after a light skinned older woman with glasses and a funny walk asked me about my medical history while sitting about a foot from two other peers. The question was "what's that rash on your face". I was humiliated I've never been in a professional atmosphere where customers medical history is asked in public but that's not the main thing that upset me. She asked if my skin condition was noted during my physical and I said yes b/c I remember specifically going over it with the nurse but it was never documented before my blood samples so she told me I would need a doctor's note to verify it's eczema and nothing more. I didn't want to believe she was trying to intentionally defer me but I actually asked if there was anyone who could track down who took my physical and they stated QA would but they were gone for the day. No follow up , no number to reach out to, nothing. This is the second time I've attempted to be a donor at this location, I will not be making this same mistaken again simple things prevent customers from getting there fees ; not to mention in times of a governmental shut down.       Company has received 50 donations from 25 procedures. All employees refusal to provide service to continue next donation with peculiar red blood cell donor. Red blood cells are produced rapidly which causes individual to experience issues within central intelligence. The center should be closed indefinitely.

      10/20/2025 there was a $380 deduction from my debit card that I did not authorize. I've had this happen once already this year for $260. I filed a fraud dispute with them, and they just returned the $260 to my debit card. A few days later the $380 was gone from the card with no authorization.

      This is the second SPE test that I've had to do in the last year. June 2nd I had blood taken. By July 3rd I was told that my test results were fine for me to donate but a doctor had to look at it. Now it's October and the same thing is happening again. I went to a different donation center in a different city for 3 months, now that I don't have reliable transportation I don't have a choice but to donate ******* one ever answers the phone, not once in more than 2 dozen calls, I haven't gotten a call back in more than a week, and people should know that there are cases where people are turned away for no other reason than a "doctor" is only in once a week and takes weeks on weeks to simply look at a chart or test results. This is ridiculous, and whatever system they use is incredibly flawed.

      ***** a manager at your ******************** location doesn't know how tx marriage licenses look. She called me a liar and then banned me for being upset with her because she was wrong. She flat out refused to have a conversation and was on a power trip. I want an apology from ***** directly or somebody above her. I was not in the wrong she was, and if she was polite kind and courteous we could've had a conversation like that. Instead she called me a liar.

      I was told I needed to take a SPE test I did that 7 days ago now I'm being told oh your protein was a little low. However the last time I was here I didn't take a SPE test now all of sudden I have to take one when my protein was not high enough and my numbers a "little low" how the 1st time I donated 2 times I donated the didn't have any issues with my protein all of a sudden it's a issue me being able to donate does help myself and paying bills and being able to provide for myself this ridiculous I honestly this company just don't want me to receive the rest of my $500 and they see my deadline is approaching very soon I have till October 31 to receive the rest of my $500

      I went to BioLife in *********, **, for a 9:30 a.m. physical and donation appointment on Saturday, October 11, 2025. I arrived 15 minutes early. I was hoping to complete the physical and donate plasma.I ended up being belittled and mocked for a minor medical condition and told I could not donate, to make a long story short. This BioLife center also refused to give me the name of the woman who violated my privacy to all of her coworkers and patients in the donation center.
