Biolife In ******, CO caused a hematoma in not one but both arms, because of healing time and returning 5 days late for my original promotion they would not honor it and of couse didnt tell me until after the fact. They state 1 hour donation when in fact it has taken 3 everytime I went. I am glad the donation is helping someone but this place is so unprofessional. Go somewhere else.

I had one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I've ever had with a plasma donation center. I live in ********** and had to travel all the way to ********* to donate at BioLife Plasma, believing everything was fine. I created an account, scheduled my donation, and followed all the steps required and nowhere on the website or app does it state that people who take Prep (a medication that prevents HIV infection) are not allowed to donate. Because of this, I lost a full day of work, arrived late to my job, and spent over two hours waiting at the donation center, only to be told at the end that I couldn't donate simply because I take a medication that keeps me healthy and prevents disease. It's absolutely unacceptable that this crucial information is not clearly disclosed during the registration process. This lack of transparency caused me to waste my time, money, and energy all of which could have been easily avoided if the system had been upfront about it. On top of that, I was told I would need to stop taking the medication for three months just to be eligible to donate, which is completely unreasonable. **** is a preventive medication that promotes health and safety; no one should be asked to stop taking it to donate plasma. I strongly urge BioLife to review its communication and registration policies and to add a clear notice about donor eligibility for those taking Prep, before people create an account or schedule a donation. This was a waste of time, money, and energy and it could easily happen to others if nothing changes.

Do NOT SAVE POINTS. BIOLIFE WILL STEAL THEM! I spent a long-time time saving 4500 points. U donate regularly one day they were gone. THEY ARE Worse THAN THE RUSSIAN MAFIA. When I questioned, they said I disenrolled giving up my points and re-enrolled 24 hours later which is NO SENSE. DO NOT TRUST BIOLIFE WITH ANYTHING and DO NOT SAVE POINTS spend them as. BIOLIFE WILL STEAL THEM. If I could warn the whole world through my ******** Instagram and ******* feed, I absolutely would. I would not recommend **** *** to BIOLUFE PLASMA.

I was deferred from donating plasma due to an inconsistency regarding a 20-year-old, healed ************, despite having successfully donated days earlier. Assistant Manager ******* ****** handled the situation and enforced an impossible policy: she demanded I produce a photo from 1997 to verify the date, rejected my existing evidence, and gave me only a 15-minute deadline. Ms. ****** further acted unprofessionally by making comments about other donors "trying to get the money." Critically, she refused to contact the BioLife ************* (where my prior donation records exist) to internally verify the historical disclosure, demonstrating a willful failure of managerial discretion and resulting in my unnecessary deferral and disrespectful treatment.

I make appointments with Biolife to better manage my time, and theirs. However, I am really fed up with arriving there, only to find a life of ***** people ahead of me, standing in line to check vitals, and another hour-long line to get seated. I plan my time to be there ***** minutes, and I'm really feeling disrespected when I arrive, and it takes 2+ hours. What is the point of making an appointment? My time is valuable, and it appears that Biolife really doesn't care.

You'll be left on a bed with nothing for half an hour while nobody knows what's happening with your labels. Manager ******* appeared once from the back looking extremely disheveled, dilated pupils and she went up to the wrong person thinking they were me, presumably to apologize. There was no apology and when I discussed compensation for the time I was left just sitting there, I was told to leave. Drugs don't belong in a medical establishment. The *********************** is being notified. Do not donate here. Manager ******* is a drug addled tyrant.

Denied donation because of my disability at ********** location. Nurse could not give me a explanation and Manager told me to leave premises after I stated that I felt discriminated against.

I was just recently Permanently Differed Simply for asking if I can be connected after waiting patiently for over 20 minutes. And because most of the staff are female and Hispanic. I believe that Discrimination plays a role in these senseless actions taken towards me in the first place. I 'am an African American and unfortunately, I have been subjected to being discriminated on most of my life. And if there were more of a diverse group of hiring in **********, I wouldn't have to be treated unfairly most of the time in the first place. Anyway, I am absolutely tired of this and so I will take legal action.
