$30,000 of concrete work flaking, crumbling, cracking, you name it! They also poured two different colors of concrete!! and not properly leveled for draining so when it rains or theres any water on the slab there is a very large puddle of water at my back door against my home as it all drains, collects and sit there, It doesnt drain away from the house as it should. I have had it all inspected by concrete professionals three times and its been confirmed poor workmanship 100% . No one is able to walk barefoot on the concrete because it is extremely rough and is almost like walking on broken glass as it will not stop crumbling. Owner, ************************* has refused to fix their entire mess, poor workmanship! Nor offer a fair compensation! Not a man of his word as he claimed to be. *** also failed to clean up at the end of the project, they had left very large heaps of concrete in my grass and dirt, so large it is stuck in the ground and too heavy to pick up. he also failed to complete the proper steps when pouring the concrete. ************************* has also refused to comply to the **** letter sent August 2022. The last interaction I had with ***, he had an aggressive demeanor and hostile along with his colleague he takes every where. When I simply advised him of the poor workmanship and had him look around at the work him and his crew did, he started raising his voice at me. I have witnesses. Losing this much money on garbage mud gives me every right to have him come out and look at it and fix it without the aggressive attitude! At this point because of ************************* demeanor as mentioned, I would want law-enforcement to be around for his inspection of the concrete otherwise ************************* can just refund the money, if he does end up making this right I will remove my honest reviews.
