  $30,000 of concrete work flaking, crumbling, cracking, you name it! They also poured two different colors of concrete!! and not properly leveled for draining so when it rains or theres any water on the slab there is a very large puddle of water at my back door against my home as it all drains, collects and sit there, It doesnt drain away from the house as it should. I have had it all inspected by concrete professionals three times and its been confirmed poor workmanship 100% . No one is able to walk barefoot on the concrete because it is extremely rough and is almost like walking on broken glass as it will not stop crumbling. Owner, ************************* has refused to fix their entire mess, poor workmanship! Nor offer a fair compensation! Not a man of his word as he claimed to be. *** also failed to clean up at the end of the project, they had left very large heaps of concrete in my grass and dirt, so large it is stuck in the ground and too heavy to pick up. he also failed to complete the proper steps when pouring the concrete. ************************* has also refused to comply to the **** letter sent August 2022. The last interaction I had with ***, he had an aggressive demeanor and hostile along with his colleague he takes every where. When I simply advised him of the poor workmanship and had him look around at the work him and his crew did, he started raising his voice at me. I have witnesses. Losing this much money on garbage mud gives me every right to have him come out and look at it and fix it without the aggressive attitude! At this point because of ************************* demeanor as mentioned, I would want law-enforcement to be around for his inspection of the concrete otherwise ************************* can just refund the money, if he does end up making this right I will remove my honest reviews.

  I responded to the customers original complaint and there was a discrepancy as to the care that was provided to the concrete after the pour was complete and the final walk through was complete. Final payment was not taken until after the job was completed and customer walked the job. I can only advise the customer on what to do after we have completed a job, I cannot enforce. She then had an attorney send me a notice many months later, at which point my attorney responded with the attached letter. The customer never responded to the letter. I was never aggressive on the job site and I am sorry if the customer felt that way, but this is the first I am hearing of it.

  I am rejecting this response because: Final & wet concrete always looks decent & to top it off when I walk through it was still icy and still some snow on the ground that was not a fair walk-through for an inspection!!! And of course Im gonna pay him Im not gonna have him after me for not making final payment and besides that he would never have left my home  if I didnt pay!! *** failed to mention he didnt come back and clean up as he said he would either! *********************** is fully aware of all this!! . With regards to the **** letter my attorney did in fact contact ************************* attorney several times and refused to communicate with my attorney! ****  attorney never once contacted my attorney to resolve anything. I still have the texts from  *************************  stating he agreed the work concrete was unacceptable! When he came back to inspect after I text him pictures of the cracking and breaking in the concrete. *** said he  would fix his work or compensate but only $3k which is pennies from ******!!!.. How can *** say what he has with all the facts I have. Hes fully aware of the breakage & cracking, etc.  and has written in text that it does not look good  in his words!!  Pictures dont lie and I have plenty of them and videos! *** is nothing but a  deceitful,  a liar!!! More proof is within reviews he also did similar shotty work to another customer.

  I currently have ***** with the ***** contractor board on this as well as they have seen videos and pictures of the poor workmanship as well as the pad not leveled correctly.

  *********************** says hes a man of his word which is deceitful there as well. He forgets I have texts and pictures all throughout the year!

  I just spoke with my attorney and he also left me a voicemail stating they never received the deceitful attorney letter **** reply that ************************* attached, with untruthful statements.  Only letter My attorney received was from Sept 7th, 2022, nothing from August.   Just because *** has a letter doesnt mean his attorney truly  sent to my council.  All clients receive  a copy of the letter their attorney writes because the client has to approve the letter before the attorney sends out.  Therefore  claims they sent out. Proof of certified letter will be required to know if the August letter was truly sent, thats what my attorney stated.

  Again my attorney made several attempts to set up an inspection date with  ************************* attorney yet he failed  to reply and respond!!

  *** excepted liability within the written text when he Was notified by me of the crumbling all over the pad in April and May 2022. I got an attorney because *** failed to return and fix or compensate as he claimed via text and verbal  Conversation in my backyard. Per attached screenshot of the text conversation.

  Ive had three concrete professionals contractors come out and all agreed none of the damage is due to 70 pound dog. I had them locked up in garage and house for the weeks it took for *** to get the concrete work done and I DID abided by his  recommendations and he knows it!

  You are nothing but deceitful! First off, You know I made plenty of space in the garage with an x large kennel inside for my dogs. they were never once on the pad DURING curing!  And you know i was extremely cautious about them being out there,  I ask you many many questions and abide by all of your recommendations!!!!!  You show me the proof of the dog prints in the concrete because there are none!!!!! If youre gonna talk about foot prints what about you and your employees foot prints everywhere?!?  And you told me it would be OK to put the kennel up after the first pour was cured on the right side of house!!!  Why in the h*** would I destroy jeopardize tens of thousands of dollars of concrete!?!?!?   You need to come out and just tell the truth!!!. What you told your attorney & BBB is a complete lie and you know it! also why didnt you comply and come out to look at it yourself?!?!?  Its been crumbling since couple months completed and yes,  YOU DID know about these issues before!!!! Go back in your text!you lied about that too!!!  I have showed you pictures! you came out to look at it couple times! and i have text you several times about the issue!!!!!!!  because its been a mess & progressively getting worse!  whats happened and continues to happen to the concrete has absolutely nothing to do with the dogs!!! How dare u lie!  When you talk about urine that was only in a few small spots around the small kennel area, that happen days after curing!  And now the little spots are completely gone!!!!!!!!!!!!  If you would have come out like your attorney said you would, you would see this!!!!!! U need to Explain the 2 complete total different colors used from one truck to the other!!  That has nothing to do with dog urine!!! theres so much that you are not being honest about its sickening!  You said youre a man of your word which is clearly a lie! Also. Why did your attorney refuse to contact mine?? When working on setting up an inspection date?!?!?!?   I have plenty of pictures and videos since day one! and everything is related to your work no one elses doing!!

   

  I do have ***** with ***** contractor board on this as well as he has seen videos, pictures and saw the level measurements.  You said yourself in a text that it did not look good. And you ask me any way you can come out back thats  when you said you would fix it or compensate!!  So you, yourself know that the work done is unacceptable but of course now you lie!   And you have no room to speak about the condition of a concrete because you have not been out here since may!!!   Stop lying!!!!!!!

  Also I would like this to be in the attachment, proves even ************************* admitted the concrete  was unacceptable!  The breaking cracking crumbling has  nothing to do with dogs whatsoever

  obviously the picture of the two different colors is not due to dog urine!!! Hes an idiot! Hes using all & any excuses he can. He had a couple different trucks come which resulted in one color being different than the other and this happened within the first 24 hours!!!! And I pointed out to *** right away! And he said he could acid wash it and all that c*** He knew clearly about this issue!!!!!  I have many witnesses, neighbors  Ive had my dogs in that garage in a dog run with potty pads,  every single day until I asked him if it was OK to put them out and I went by every recommendation everything he said to do!!!! 
  
  Also I did not ask him to create a large slope of water against my house!!!! The unlevel concrete starts  from left to right corners of my house, and when he came out to look at all the issues in April I showed him this so he is fully aware!  He told me to just get a broom out!!!! ?? and he told me to  Move the rain gutters to a different angle to help the slant ?? all that water runs, drains to my  back door and builds up &  NO that is not of any animals doing!!!!!!   My dogs spent weeks miserable  in the garage in their dog run waiting for the work to get done! And ********; clearly knows it!!!!!!   I have lots of people that live in this house and they all had to experience it. They all saw what was really done!!!! My neighbors know my dogs were locked up too! 
  
   
  Ive also included a picture of all the water that builds up that *** clearly is aware of! Hes the one that said to have the 2 rain gutters moved so the water doesnt drain from the slope to the middle, that is against the house Back door. And as you can clearly see I have the bottom wood swelling up because of the water Accumulation.

  And also I need to add..
  that as of today,  after the snow sitting &  the cold weather I have chunks everywhere  missing, falling off all over the $30,000 of concrete!  its Crumbling so badly  it feels like gravel when you walk on it ??.  just like  the professionals I had inspect told me, its only going to get worse and theyre right!!!

  To add to the rebuttal.. 
  Now that weve had this snow the cement is turning to nothing but gravel & and cracking more than it was and ************************* the owner clearly knows this would happen after he came out to look at it in the spring, at the time when he said he can fix it and apparently he is now refusing to do so.

  Although it appears ****************** did not follow proper care instructions, I originally offered to do an overlay on Ms. ******** concrete in order to help ****************** out and make sure that she was happy with the work. She was suppose to call me in July when she could have her dogs removed from the property. ****************** never called. I received a letter from ********************** attorney in August in which my attorney sent Ms. ******** attorney a response on August 26, 2022. Ms. ******** attorney never responded. I cannot be held liable for ********************** lack of care to her property, nor can I be held liable for Ms. ******** lack of response. She wants to continue to go online, and name call and tell lies about me and my company, at which point she is going to have a defamation of character lawsuit filed against her.
