5 starsHas helped us acquire lots of reviews from long time customers. The dashboard is easier to use than other services we've used in the past. The website they built looks nice, the process wasn't super intuitive for us but it worked out in the end. Our **** ******, is very helpful and has useful information and useful guidance.

1 starHibu is a deceptive and predatory company. We hired them for social media marketing and saw an immediate decline in both sales and revenue within just 1.5 months. Their team failed to deliver anything they promisedno real strategy, no results, no professionalism.After realizing their services were actively hurting our business, we paid for what was used and requested cancellation. Instead of respecting that, theyre now threatening to send us to collections for the remaining 6-month contract. This is pure extortion.Whats worse: our business fully recovered as soon as we cut ties with them. We have the stats to prove it. Hibu didnt just failthey got in the way. And now theyre trying to force us to pay for damage they caused.Their approach is to lock small businesses into abusive contracts, overpromise, underdeliver, and then bully you into paying whether or not they do their job. This is a scam with a corporate ********* yourself the headache and lossstay far away from Hibu.Hibu Inc

At Hibu, we take every concern seriously and strive to turn every complaint into a 5-star Hibu review. We have attempted to contact you in hopes of discussing your account further but have been unable to reach you. After review, we were unable to confirm your concerns. We have sent you an email with direct contact details should you require further assistance. On 12/11/24, when you agreed to the advertising, a SOW (Statement of Work) was emailed to you that listed the expected results of the program. After a thorough review, we found that your products have exceeded expectations. Your Display ads averaged 174 clicks per month, with expected results of 70 clicks. Your Search ads averaged a 10.2% click-through rate and $2.67 Average Cost per click. The Expected Results were to maintain a consistent Click-Thru-Rate (CTR), typically greater than 1% and Cost-Per-Click (CPC) for your Auto Parts Store campaign(s) to be approximately $4.20. On 01/23/25, when you agreed to a new contract, a new SOW (Statement of Work) was emailed to you that listed the expected results of the new program. After a thorough review,we found that your products have exceeded expectations on the most recent contract as well. Your Search ads have averaged an 8.77% click-through rate,and a $3.28 Average Cost per click. The Expected Results were that your Cost-Per-Click (CPC) for your Auto Parts Store campaign(s) would be approximately $6.35. 5 starsWe've been working with Hibu for our professional website for several years now. We had not been happy with other companies in the past and were hoping for something better. And we found it. Hibu has made it so we don't have to worry about our website anymore. A quick email and our edits are completed by them very quickly. Our **** ****, calls periodically to check in and see if we need anything or to let us know about a new feature. We are getting way more quality leads with Hibu than we ever did with other similar companies. And our website is getting seen. It is modern and updated and we couldn't be happier.Hibu Inc

1 star*AVOID PLEASE* I hired them to start growing my home improvement company with SEO. A week after I signed, the *** I was communicating with left the company. They were building a new website under their platform and couldnt even get the company name right. Two sections one the site used a different word in place of a word in my company name. I would circle the mistakes (an incredible amount) week after week and ask for fixes. They just wouldnt fix it or they made another mistake while fixing it. We couldnt even go live. I finally cancelled and they strong armed me to give them another chances I gave them another chance until I finally contacted my attorney. They reimbursed me most of my 10k down. BUTits been months and when people search my company, their hibu version of my website still shows up with different review star average than whats real and.. the site shows that its disabled. So people click on that site and it stakes them to a blank screen. They wont remove the site from being found on a search!Opportunity loss hurts. Time and effort wasted. One Star Unprofessional, Misleading, and **************** My experience with this company, particularly with ***** as the sales representative, was nothing short of disastrous. ***** delivered a polished and enticing sales pitch, emphatically claiming her company was the premier choice for our needs. Unfortunately, her assurances could not have been further from the truth, and the results of their involvement were negligent, incompetent, and financially harmful.1. Deceptive and Damaging Website OptimizationWithout proper consultation or approval, the company made arbitrary and aesthetically appalling changes to our homepage, posting random words over images in a misguided attempt to boost SEO. Not only did this make our website an eyesore, but it also diminished our brand credibility and drove potential customers away.2. Unauthorized Change to *********** Phone Number Shockingly, they changed the primary company phone number on our website without authorization, which resulted in missed calls and substantial lost revenue easily tens of thousands of dollars over the span of just a few days.3. Broken Lead Submission Page ** make matters worse, they misconfigured our backend lead submission form, cutting off all online leads for an entire weekend. We estimate we lost at least 25 qualified opportunities due to their carelessness and lack of testing.4. Dishonest and Poor Communication Throughout this ordeal, communication was appallingly poor. After raising these critical issues, I was assured by a manager that no charges would be processed while the situation was under investigation. This turned out to be false: they attempted to charge my account anyway. Fortunately, I had the foresight to block them from accessing my account.
