I am rejecting this response because: I would like clarification, does ceasing collection mean The CBE Group requested the account be deleted from my credit reports with Experian, Transunion, and Equifax. If not please have the CRAs delete the account. The ********************** is reporting this account and I would like it removed. I had a rep from CBE group contact me regarding my DTE bill. I settled with them and made payments until it was paid off. I even called DTE to make sure this was an accredited Business they said yes. After paying the bill in full (I have bank statements to prove I did) they didn't tell DTE I paid it off and when I called CBE Group to find out what was going on they told me they would send me a conformation email and never did. I then contacted DTE back who already sold my debt to another agency. When I tried calling CBE group back they had no record of me, my debt or me paying it off. Yet my bank statements say otherwise and here I am 3k in the whole and about to have no electricBusiness Response
