    Horrible company! Business practices and customer service are by far the worst I have ever experienced. I hired a ****** to help me move and mount my tv. He was over an hour and a half late, yet I was still charged for 4 hours of work. I was also charged an extra $60 *************** fee, which is nonsense. I contacted customer service and they best they could do was offer me a $20-something credit for future services. No thanks! I will never use this company's services again and neither should you!

    The WORST company EVER. I booked a ****** to mount a TV unit to my wall he cut and broke the bracets the shelfs were crooked 2 out of the 3 fell off the wall as soon as he finished there is now damage done to the wall due to the selfs falling and ripping the screws out the wall the screws he used went all the way through the wall and into the room on the other side of the wall. I was there by my self with the ****** and when it was time to pay he had me pay through ***** and said he had prior altercations with ppl who didn't pay this way. Now taskrabbit won't give me the $270 I paid to do the job and won't give me anything for the damages done. Now I have about $500 in damages and the stand is not together.

    The person I got from the website to move 25 miles ONE treadmill was great and the price acceptable. The issue was the almost 40% "trust" charge made by TaskRabbit OVER the work bill. Don't book through that website. While the workers are great the company is NOT. So a $400 bill was billed for $550!
