    From day one, about 5 years ago, seeing the demo of MyTAXPrepOffice software, I was very impressed. Switched from a well-known tax prep software provider after 9 years. Cost efficient. So glad! I decided to purchase MyTAXPrepOffice. The software is user-friendly, one portal with one password to remember has streamlined my entire tax prep processing allowing me more time so that I do not feel rushed. My clients are happy they're able to know where they stand in the tax preparing process, and that they have access to their online account 24/7. It gives a more personable experience to clients. All of the MyTAXPrepOffice customer service and support teams are phenomenal, professional, knowledgeable, and have answered my countless questions and solved my tech issues.

    I have used the tax software for 7 years. I really appreciate that the company has improved each year. They always seem to provide an easier way to enter information and fix my errors. I expect to be a customer for many more years.
    Oh...and its customer service has been prompt and helpful!

    My practice has been using My Tax Prep Office for 5 years now. We love the software and will continue to use it. Customer service is there when I need them, both by phone or chat. Timely response and software is excellent. Has all the integrations I need and love the cloud and electronic signatures.

    Just started using My Tax Prep Office and had a great 1:1 with Jade.
    I like the interface, the responsiveness and of course not being tied to a particular operating system. While the data conversion from competitors is not 100% (never is for anyone), I was able to get by with Jade's help and support has been great.
    I would and will recommend My Tax Prep Office to other professionals.

    Have been using MyTaxPrepOffice for a few years now. Customer Service in the beginning was a challenge, but they have improved in the last three years. Issues/problems were submitted online and they have responded promptly versus calling them and being put on hold for extended time periods! Their pricing structure has been very reasonable and their tax software package is very user friendly. i do have to remember to watch out for unique tax rules which are specific to my home state of Arizona when i complete my AZ state tax returns.
