5 starsGreat software, they have improvement every year. There were a few hiccups when I first started but they are usually responsive in helping to resolve issues. I don't particularly like how customer service is they sometimes take a while and it's mostly automated now , but other software is no better from what I have seen. Highly recommended.MyTAXPrepOffice

5 starsMyTaxPrepOffice software is very affordable compared to other commercial packages, and supports a wide variety of business and non-profit returns and schedules as well as for individuals.
Overall it is a good package and support for a very reasonable price ... with an anti-price-increase feature!MyTAXPrepOffice

5 starsAs an ERO, I have been using My Tax Prep Office for the past seven (7) years and will continue using their transmission services. I have had many tax issues over the past seven years. My Tax Prep Office has promptly helped me resolve my issues with a live customer support agent or live first or second level technical support specialists. They do call you, and email to let you know when your problem has been resolved. I have had some pretty complicated form issues which required their programmers to design fixes in the program. These high level issues were resolved in less than 3 days and I was able to submit my client's tax return. These critical moments that can make or break a tax business is why I keep choosing My Tax Prep Office for my professional tax needs.MyTAXPrepOffice
