It's easy and intuitive to use and the company is very responsive to our suggestions for improvements along the way!

4 starsI have been using this product since 2016 and 2021 is the first time I started having issues with it. A few of the client email addresses are not being recognized so I cannot get their information, send them an invite, or anything else thru the program. And it repeatedly wants to upgrade around the clock as if I did not do it the first time. Other than that I would have gave a better review and five stars.MyTAXPrepOffice

5 starsI would like to give Bailey W***** 5 stars on her customer service , I wish 10 stars was an option! I had called 3 times over a months time with no resolution …then on my 4th try I got Bailey and she solved my problem . 5 starsMy training today was very good. April (my Trainer) was very knowledgeable and patient with my interruptions. Thank you April.
I know I will not remember everything you went over but will contact someone when I need clarification on something.
