5 starsExcellent customer service. I have been dealing with MyTaxPrepOffice for the past four or five years and at the beginning I was kind of worried because I never heard about them. I can tell you that it was my best decision. They only show a great level of professionalism and courtesy with customers and the software is supper easy with a great quality. Thank you guys.

5 starsI started with MyTAXPrepOffice in 2014 when I had problems with another software company. I decided to take a chance with MyTAXPrepOffice and I have been with them for 9 years. Over the years there have been a couple of issues that came up. I contacted customer service and had an answer right away or technical support would have a work around. I plan on being with MyTAXPrepOffice for many more years. Thank You.MyTAXPrepOffice

5 starsive been preparing taxes using software progams for the pst 25 years and Mytax prep office is by far the best. Customer service is 5 star they know what your trying to accomplish and they proceed in walking you thre the steps to fix it. there have been few software bugs over the past 5 years that ive been preparing taxes with this software. Anyone going to use turbo tax proseries be prepared to spend thousands of dollars for inferior software. you can use My tax prep office for a quarter of the cost. 5 starsThis company has really helped me with the my clients connection. The software is awesome. The price and quality is awesome. You have to take the time to learn the software. The IRS was in my office to check out my office and they ask me for certain things and it was at my finger tips. I give them 5 stars. They are easy to work with. You call or text and they send you the solution to the problem. I'm grateful they called my office to give them a try. It happened when all companies were changing over to cloud based software. 5 starsI have had My Tax Prep Office for 4 years now had it is the easiest program to navigate through. Tech support is top notch as they solve your issues. I have used Pro Series in the past and hands down My Tax Prep Office is the best.MyTAXPrepOffice

4 starsIt's a great portal to work from! everything at your fingertips. Only issues I had was having the program exit while I was working on a tax return. It saved my progress automatically so it was just an inconvenience. I'm hoping this year it's fixed.MyTAXPrepOffice
