4 starsI have utilized My Tax Prep Office as a tax preparation platform for the last three years. My experience has been quite positive. I do believe the Platform is better suited to Preparers who have a fairly broad knowledge of and experience with the Internal Revenue Code and the various forms which are used in tax preparation. In addition, my experience has been the customer service aspect is handled quite professionally by them. Their follow-up on software issues and access problems is very adequate, in my view. In addition, their extensive online support, including critical 24/7 support during key parts of the Tax Season is very impressive.

5 starsI have no complaints. I have used the software for 2 years and 2023 will be my 3rd year. The software was a little difficult getting use to my first year but I caught on and it makes my job easy. Customer service was great in resolving the issues I had and answered quite quickly. I love I can work from anywhere at anytime on any computer! I work from the beach, hotels and wherever I need to make my office.MyTAXPrepOffice

5 starsLove this software for my tax prep business. So easy to use and easy for my remote clients to get all of their info to me easily and safely.

5 starsI have used this company's tax preparation software for about 10 yrs now in my small business. I have had very few issues and all were resolved rather quickly. There was one issue that took longer but it was also resolved. I am a small business and this program allows me to utilize every platform I need to run my office smoothly.MyTAXPrepOffice

Software affordability is a major plus being payment arrangements allow peace of mind if impacted financially. 5 starsThis is my fourth year using this software. I have received prompt customer service in the past and expect it to be the same this year.
The program is easy to navigate, and the desktop provides more information than the other programs I used.
I especially like the ability of sharing my desktop so that I know we are reviewing the same things. Often times information is lost in the interpretation. This year I have added a person to my team and Customer Service helped set her up quickly. (Thanks Angel)MyTAXPrepOffice
