5 starsMy experience with My Tax Prep Office Software has been very exciting, and their customer support is the tops, since I have been with the company. The customer support doesn't just want to get you off the phone, but they take their time, to actually listen to the problem you might encounter along the way. They are truly professional in their own right. I had been a another tax software for 20 years and I always felt I was treated as a small fish in their books. Believe me, when you are trying to run your business in a professional manner, you need all the moral support to continue give great customer service to your clients. You don't need a company treating unfairly, because at one time, they were a tiny dot in the tax software. I felt it was time to move on and I am very happy when I made the switch. Believe me, it was hard for me to make the move, because I was trained by my employer using this particular software, and I really like the way the software had performed and live up to its name. Now I am with My Tax Prep Office Software Company, and now I am very satisfied I finally had made the correct move for my small business. My Tax Office Software is none other but the best there is in the Tax Industry. I am looking to continue my business using My Tax Prep Office Software.

4 starsI have been using My Tax Prep Office for a few years now. I have found the software easy to use and has been comprehensive. Their support has been very responsive and quick when I had any issues. The cost is extremely competitive and effective for my small tax practice. 4 starsPreparing taxes with My Tax Prep has been an outstanding experience. The ease of preparing taxes has been overwhelming and the cost is half of what I paid in the past. In addition, the few problems I've encountered have been answered in a quick and courteous manner. I'd recommend My Tax Prep to anyone.MyTAXPrepOffice

4 starsI have enjoyed using Mytaxprepoffice and have used it now for about 8 years. I previously used ******. Mytaxprepoffice pricing and features were more cost effective for my small tax practice. I have had very few problems. I would recommend it.MyTAXPrepOffice

5 starsTax software has been great to use with few issues. On some foreign corporate reporting I encountered several issues, but the customer services and issue resolution was quick to fix the matter. Customer serive is OUTSTANDING!MyTAXPrepOffice
