4 starsOverall, an excellent tax preparation software. I converted to MyTaxPrepOffice in 2023 for the 2022 tax year. Conversions are always bumpy, but this was as smooth as it possibly could be. The support service was and continues to be amazing. The software is extremely intuitive to use. There are always a few places where things could be easier but I am a very satisfied customer. My only negative is that information in many state income tax returns does not roll forward to the next year. For example, after telling the software I had to file a TN Franchise and Excise Tax Return in 2022, it doesn't automatically create one for 2023. This makes it in essence like starting all over each year.

5 starsI have been using MyTaxPrepOffice since 2018. I have been very happy with the ease of using the program. Like other comments that I have read the service is really good and the price is as well. I remember that it was awkward getting used to using a new program, but change always has its difficulties. I am happy to support and recommend MyTaxPrepOffice.MyTAXPrepOffice

4 stars"Mytaxprepoffice.com" software is not as deluxe as the software that ******* ******* offers, but given that it is half the price of ******* *******, it is an excellent value! I wish they had technical support on weekends and evenings, but I have been able to manage my time so that I can get tech support when I need it. And the support representatives are always friendly, professional, and they follow up when necessary.
The software is user friendly and the security is good, so "Mytaxprepoffice.com" meets my needs.MyTAXPrepOffice

5 starsI have been using this software for 2015. At the time, they had a speial offer for software that if I purchase before certain date before April 15, forever the same amount. I am satisfied with that. For service, I have always received top notch support any time I have asked for it. They also call you back or send email for support service. I handle business as well as individual tax filers, and I find the software to be well worth its cost. I highly recommend it to anyone starting up a tax preparer business.MyTAXPrepOffice

5 starsI am new this year using MyTaxPrep Office. There are some learning curves as my last software I used for almost 20 years... I have found that Customer Service is always eager to help and very knowledgeable. 5 starsI have been contemplating a new tax software system but was afraid of the learning curve. I took the plunge this tax season and I have been very impressed with MyTaxPrep Office so far. Very much! I find the program very user friendly and all the staff I have talked with have been extremely friendly and helpful. I hesitated at changing but I am so glad I took the leap with them.
