5 starsGreat program. Very user friendly, and customer support helpful. I have used ********* & *** ****, I am much happier with this program. The tax portal is quick & easy, allowing my clients to upload information without in office visits. This has been a plus for many clients, as their time is limited & a stop by the tax preparer is one "to do" that can be crossed off in the comfort of the home on their own time! Extremely happy with Mytaxprepoffice!!

4 starsThis was my first tax season using MyTAXPrepOffice and I must say that I was very pleasantly surprised. The interface was hands down far better than my previous tax software and the customer service through the chat and voice calls was always quick and thorough. This program has lots of technology-centered bells and whistles to make it easy to operate in this virtual age and servicing clients electronically. With a couple of tweaks, they will definitely earn 5 stars from ****.MyTAXPrepOffice

1 starI am very disappointed with this company. They sold me on software several months before the tax season then when I tried to use the software as tax season got closer I did not like the software and requested a refund. they told me my 45 days to request a refund had past. If they are good company like they claim they would not have suckered me in and not given a refund when I had not even used the software. I contacted the company and they would not work with me.MyTAXPrepOffice

We always ensure clarity with our refund policy when a customer purchases our software. We do not "sucker anyone in". In this case, the customer's purchase fell outside of our 45-day refund window, being 131 days past the purchase date. Despite this, we went above and beyond by offering a refund for their future year purchase of TY2024, despite not being obligated to do so.
It's worth noting that our customers benefit from extensive 1-on-1 training with a dedicated Customer Success Specialist within the initial 45-day period. This personalized session, coupled with over a month to explore and familiarize oneself with the software, provides ample opportunity for customers to feel confident and satisfied with their investment. This customer was provided the training within the refund period. We're committed to providing the support and time necessary for our customers to make informed decisions and ensure their happiness moving forward with our software.Review fromJuan B
