This place doesn't even deserve a star but I was forced to select a star rating. I submitted a claim and they denied it saying they need an invoice. Why pay for warranty if they are going to deny it. My transmission broke on my 2015 Honda Civic. I have serviced the car reguarly with oil changes and tune *** and they want an invoice for changing the transmission fluid, I bought the car at 40k miles and the car has 73K miles. Per the recommendation, the transmission fluid in a 2015 Honda Civic should be changed every ****** to ******* miles. The mechanic shop never mentioned the transmission should be changed. Easy care is saying it should be done every 30K miles. Where do they get this information? Also, I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and they denied that also!

Not worth it at all i got fooled in to buying the easycare totalcare coverage on my 2018 **** Escape SE at 53K miles the engine gave out due to a timing issue and will have to be replaced since **** came and said they will help me out with a replacement engine EasyCare does not even want to look into the issue to help pay for a share of the cost so that all point engine check is them looking at their eyelids each time they do a service check i called them twice asked for an escalation to speak to someone higher up and got shot down a company with no heart please do not do business with them and any company that sells there coverage are worse than drug dealers at least they sell a product and not worth less paper and would have a better BBB rating

I purchased Easy Care for my 2016 **** F150 truck . IO submitted a claim for my transmission pump , Which of course they denied the claim. I also had Easy Care in my other vehicle 2007 Infiniti and submitted claim for radio system . They denied. I have spent $7,000.00for the warranty on my **** F150 and $3,000.00 for the warranty on My Infiniti. Easy Care is not worth the paper it is writen on.

I am a co-owner on a vehicle with my son. I purchased ex. warranty when we purchased the vehicle thinking that it was a good move for him. A year and 1/2 later hes on the highway out of state and his engine blows he immediately had it sent to a dealership and they told him that he would need a new engine. We started going through the process of working with easy care immediately. Due to the recent hurricane it delayed the progress a week. However easy Care sure is dragging their feet. I have had to pay over $1000 in rental cars for my son so that he can get to and from work (and potentially more as the vehicle is still in the shop). Easy Care said they will only process one of the rental car purchases because they just excepted the claim yesterday, even though my son has been in communication with easy Care the entire time. To add insult to injury easy care is not paying for a new engine and if we wanted a new engine, we would have to pay the difference plus labor. They will pay for a used engine. However, we still have to pay labor. To me if it is covered under the warranty they should pay the total amount I should not be paying anything out-of-pocket. Therefore, I am forced to get a used engine and now trade in the vehicle in six months so that this wont potentially happen again. From now on, I will ask what the extended warranty company is and if its easy care, I will never do business with them ever again!!!!!

********** ************ is horrible. I went to my local ****** dealership to purchase an extended warranty and I purchased it with EasyCare. On June 1, 2024, I took my vehicle to the dealership to have the air conditioning compared. That repair took a week and a half (it was originally supposed to be a week). I contacted EasyCare to inform them of the extension of the repair and I was told to submit the invoice from the rental car company as soon as I received it. I received the invoice on June 10, 2024 and immediately submitted (via email) to EasyCare. I called them a week later to get a status of the payment and was told that the reimbursement was sent to the car dealership along with the car repair payment. I contacted the dealership and was told that they had not received a reimbursement check from EasyCare and to call them. I got the run around from EasyCare for going on two weeks now. I am now being told that they made a mistake when they told me that they had not paid the dealership. It is now July 2, 2024 and I am still waiting on my check and I am now being told that my reimbursement will not be sent out until Tuesday, July 9 and then I will not receive it for another week. I have had to wait a month to get my rental car reimbursement from a so called reputable company. Because of their mistake, I now have to wait a month to get a reimbursement check that should have been sent out the same day the repair invoice was paid. I am a very unsatisfied customer and I will never use their services to guarantee the repairs on any of my vehicles. Never.

It was a terrible experience. It took them a month to approve a repair for my car, and when they did, they authorized a fix that worsened the condition instead of the recommended transmission replacement. After a month's wait, my car's repair was finally approved, but then it took another two months for the part to become available due to backorder. While the part delay wasn't their fault, had they approved the correct fix immediately, the part was available at that time. Moreover, they refused to cover a rental for more than six days. After repeated disputes, the dealership managed to secure an extension, but they failed to mention it was only for an additional five days. So, I was left without a vehicle for three months, with only an 11-day rental coverage. All this while, I've been paying for their warranty every month for years without ever needing it before. I would rate them 0 out of 10 and do not recommend their services. I would give 0 stars if that was an option. Instead of EasyCare it should be called RefuseCare.

**************** is absolutely HORRIBLE. PLEASE stay away, use them FOR GAP coverage. It's been one big run around, when I came to file my claim after my car was totaled out.

Contacted Easycare for a paintless dent repair on Monday 6/16/24 while at the dealership shop that was doing the repair. The shop was available to get me right in for service but easycare did not want to cover all the repairs. Easycare was going to cover $120.00 of the cost and I was to cover the rest. Since I paid for a zero deductable warranty I questioned easycare who refused to answer any questions from me regarding the denial of service or explain to the shop what was/was not covered. After several hours of waiting I took a rental car that was supposed to be included in my contract. Right on the webpage, "However, extended service always includes 24/7 Emergency Roadside Assistance, Rental Car Coverage, and Towing Reimbursement." it is clearly stated that rental car coverage is ALWAYS included. Finally today 6/20/24 the shop called me and said that Easycare agreed the dent removal was within the contract and would be covered but now wanted me to cover the cost of the rental car since it is not part of my contract for dent removal. The rental would not have been necessary had easycare covered the service initially. This expense was created due to easycares poor communication and failure to do their jobs.

Their extended powertrain warranty is useless. According to "*******************************" from APCO, (the parent of EasyCare), my claim was denied because my GMC dealer didn't document a powertrain inspection at 30K and 60K miles They will nit-pick your claim to death to do anything they can to avoid covering your claim. Many dealerships, particularly *************** dealerships offer extended coverage at no charge when you purchase a new vehicle. Don't consider this as an enhancement when you're comparing vehicles and dealerships that offer this warranty to others who don't. It's worthless. And CERTAINLY DON"T ever purchase an extended warranty out-of-pocket from this scam "insurer".

I have had my car stolen over 2 months ago. Every time I try to make a claim, they say that something is missing. I call and speak to a customer service rep and they cant help me. It has been almost 3 months and I am still making payments on a car I do not have and that GAP is supposed to help me with. CLEARLY they dont help at all. I was in the car sales industry for 9 years and will make sure NO ONE USES THIS COMPANY, until they know how to assist people in what they pay for!! For the record, I still can NOT reach someone to help me no matter how hard I try!
