      Everything is denied. I had my car in for service twice, one for a lift gate shock and the other for an issue with my AC. They denied both claims. This is an excellent example of why most extended warranties are a scam; they want to sell you a product, then good luck trying to get help. Avoid this company and take the money you would have spent on a warranty and invest it. At least you'll have that money if something goes wrong.

      EasyCare is NOT a good warranty company. We were sold the warranty when we bought our truck and it has been a hassle to get anything done. We were told it was bumper to bumper coverage and when we needed to make a claim on the transmission, they said it was not covered. The tech said that there is a restriction in the trans cooler and the bypass valve and EasyCare refuses to have it fixed. There is also a tapping noise in the motor and the tech said he found oil on cylinder six spark plug. They did a borescope and found oil to be entering the combustion chamber. Found oil on valves and cylinder wall. The tech recommended an engine replacement and EasyCare declined repair. This plan is not worth the money. Next time, we will go with someone

      Firstly i cant believe i am giving a POSITIVE one star. There is nothing positive about EasyCare.They are born to be PainInTheA**.The dealer sold me their warranty saying its bumper to bumbper and covers EVERTYTHING that goes bad due to normal operation.When i had some issues , these thieves, do not cover anything.Its a Joint Scam between Dealers (who sell you this shi*) and PainfulCare .Sorry i can't even take their name properly.Not sure if there is anything anyone can do to STOP this daylight Robbery.Government should interfere in this.

      This is the most pathetic excuse for an organization I've ever encountered. This is my first ever review of any company and I truly wish I could give them 0 stars. They play games with you to the point where you wonder if this isn't a complete scam. I have tried getting my money back for 3 months and still nothing.

      I have easycare and it was purchased when I bought my former leased vehicle. At purchase it had ****** miles on it. The new lease gave me 84 months/****** additional miles. I received a notice from them offering an extension. The 84 months will end in August, and I am only at ****** of my allotted ******* miles. I called to see if I could extend the months to equal the miles. A very polite person advised that I could do that and passed me off to a sales rep. **** sales rep who would not give her name, said that my warranty ended at ****** period! I explained my contract that I had in front of me disagreed in fact it gave me till August of this year and or ******* miles, she said it ended at ****** miles sir, that's it. Even with my account number and all other pertinent information from THEIR document, she wanted to argue...I hung up and am done with this unprofessional organization.

      This warranty company is a scam along with the dealers who sell it. We have a powertrain warranty through this company . Our f350 is currently in the garage having a pinion bearing replaced. They are refusing to pay said repair because of the oil change records. This truck is not a daily driver and has around 50k miles on it.. Our vehicle is well maintained and serviced. Besides the fact that this repair has absolutely nothing to do with an oil change. This company and the dealer who sold us the warranty are not standing behind the warranty.

      Bought the total care warranty, supposedly the best warranty these con artist provide. Gasket blew on my exhaust. Clearly on the warranty coverage it states the "gaskets", hoses, belts etc was covered. After spending $3500 for an extended warranty I have to still spend money for covered repairs. I will be filling a consumer complaint with the Attorney General. These people are crooks and need to be stopped and sent to prison for fraud. I'm waiting for the mass tort

      The financier of the ****** Springfield dealer in ******** forced me to sign documents so that they could give me a loan for a used car. But that was not so much the problem now Easycare does not want to pay for the engine repair due to high oil consumption the dealer's workshop wants to change the block but they want me to pay for the opening of the engine out of my pocket because easycare wants to see first if they cover it or not The repair is a fraud, this company.
