Received emails I owe $231.30 to *************** Called. Sequim and they are rude and are liars. I confirmed with xfinity and my account is paid up to date and not past due. Sequim needs stopped as these type of emails can be detrimental to some that believe they are legitimate. They are committing theft and should not be allowed to continue. Many people dont understand they are being scammed and this is sad companies such as this continue to operate.

I honestly dont get why SEQUIUM is reporting this debt under my name because I dont owe them anything. I never signed anything with them, and when I asked for a copy of the original application, they didnt even bother to provide it. Its frustrating because this is hurting my credit for no reason, and its just not fair. How can they just put something on my report without any proof?Account No: ******** Amount Disputed: $73

I am rejecting this response because:  All of the resolution request have not been met.  It is also unclear if this collections being removed from ALL credit bureaus.  If this is a bill from Xfinity, the balance is incorrect.  The service was disconnected in Dec. 2024.  I was told the bill would be corrected and then Xfinity continued to add recurring charges after Dec. 2024.
