    I am not liable for any debt with ATT Mobility and do not have a contract with Sequium Assest Solutions, LLC. They did not provide me with any orignal application as I asked.

    I just received an updated copy of my credit report and I noticed this company has reported a collections on my account. I have NEVER heard of this company before, nor had any dealings with them. I am not sure how they received my information, especially without my consent. I am very frustrated. This is the only collection I have on my report and I would like it removed IMMEDIATELY.

    Sequium asset solutions has texted me multiple times to inform me of a debt that I owe. I do not owe any money, and have never been past due on any bills. I have tried to call the number they provided multiple times with no answer, and no option to leave a message. I have also tried to get information about my supposed debt from their website with no luck. I believe this is a scam.

    I had an apartment in ********* in 2019 name ***************. when I moved to ****** in 2020 and I had 2 months left on my lease, but U had to move because I was in an abusive relationship. I was making payments last year $100 but the apartments stop taking payment and referred me to collection agency. I was unable to locate the emails that I sent and phone number that I called and never received a call back or reply to any of my emails. So, now *************** has found a new collection agency Sequium Asset Solutions that has been bullying me and is threatening to report the debt on my credit report unless I pay what I owe within 3 weeks $1317.00. A settlement was made but I had to make smaller payments because I just stated working full time on 9/06/2022 I so far have paid $800 I vowed to pay $250 this Friday October 7, 2022 but they are still threatening to report it on my credit report and now they are refusing to do the settlement because I didn't pay the $1000 on October 30, 2022. They say I was screaming in the phone when I was just talking loud and they are upset that I said I would call someone to assist me with this matter. It should matter if I change how much I could pay I still mad a payment to get the settlement paid I just received a full check on September 30, 2022. I still have car insurance for 2 vehicles and I have to eat and pay rent where I live. So, I think I have been fair with making acceptable payments. I was never sent a settlement letter and they have me speaking to multiple people they state are supervisor's and they are not. Im ************************************************************** the **. *****. The rent for a one bedroom is well over $1000 and with the cost of food only maker it harder to save any money. I need assistance keeping this off my credit report. After Friday's payment of $250 I will have owe $250. PLEASE HELP.
