    Attempting to extort me on a debt I do not owe I have never worked with this company or have any relationship with them. I have never signed a contract with them. if they do not remove the debt I Will sue the company for $50,000 for and file an *** criminal complaint.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have not lived in ********** for over 5 years... this is clearly an attempt to extort me for money on a bill that isnt mine, I also never signed a contract with sequiem solutions And have never done business with you guys. If this isnt removed within the week Ill file a lawsuit against this company for $15,000 as well as file an ***, Police, and secret service report for fraud. Your website and reviews are almost all negative, and you are not accredited with the BBB. Lastly fatoof the responder to this message I will personally file a lawsuit against you as well as a police report for attempting to commit fraud. Remove this from my report immediately.

    Received invoice from Sequium Assets Solutions, LLC Address is **************************************** Phone # ************ Ref. # ******** Nov. 22, 2024 Stating I owe $61.05 as of Dec. 2023 from ************** bill. I called Xfiniity, explained situation, gave my information, Xfinity put me on hold for about twelve/fifteen minutes. When Xfinity returned, said they have no outstanding bills from me, and too forget about it. Please checked this out, I believe this to be fraud. Thank you.

    7/30/2024 Sequium sent a collections notice via email, upon reviewing the notice we saw that it had come from our prior apartment complex. They sent out a final bill on July 23, 2024 which we did not receive and then just 6 days later they sent us to collections. This bill was sent beyond the 14 day **** from when we moved out and our lease ended (our lease ended on June 15, 2024). We paid the balance of the remaining utilities via part of our security deposit and we were notified on June 24, 2024 that our final "bill" was a refund of just under $10 which we never received, not a big deal but that was the last we heard from them. So now we are sitting in collections and I was told that it was already on my report, I haven't personally seen it yet but I would like it to never hit that report. They illegally bought a debt from our apartment. We never even got 30 days to respond to the bill because they sold it after only 6 days. "Within fourteen days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays or other legal holidays, after termination of the tenancy and delivery of possession and demand by the tenant the landlord shall provide the tenant an itemized list of all deductions together with the amount due and payable to the tenant, if any. Unless other arrangements are made in writing by the tenant, the landlord shall mail the itemized list and any amount due, by first class mail, to the tenant's last known place of residence"

    The debt trying to be collected does not fit with the lease contract I signed. When disputed Sequium said they would look into it and then they sent it to collections to affect my credit. When contacting them again the representative stated the law doesnt matter. The debt is not valid but Sequium has made no effort to verify.
