This complaint disputes the alleged $657 debt reported under the complainants name and demands that Sequium Asset Solutions immediately halt all collection efforts and remove the derogatory **** from the complainants credit report. The debt stems from Xfinity Mobiles breach of contract and failure to properly manage the complainants account. ### **Dispute Summary** 1. **Breach of Contract by ***************** On January 11, 2024, I entered into an agreement with ******* Mobile that capped their monthly bill for Mobile and **************** at $80, inclusive of all fees. ******* failed to honor this agreement, absurdly claiming it expired on the same day, constituting a blatant breach of contract. 2. **Failure to Close Account Despite Repeated Requests**: 3. **Unlawful Placement of Debt in Collections**: Xfinity transferred the disputed debt to Sequium without notifying me, violating the **Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (*****)** and the **Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)**. I only learned of the collection through credit report monitoring. 4. **Harm to Credit**: Despite over 20 years of loyalty as an Xfinity customer, their negligence has irreparably harmed my pristine credit. Sequium has compounded this by failing to validate the debt before pursuing collection efforts. ### **Demands** I demands the following: 1. **** all collection efforts until validation is completed. 2. Remove the derogatory **** from their credit report. 3. Provide documentation validating the debt or confirm its cancellation. ### **Legal Accountability** Sequiums and Xfinitys actions may violate the ***** and ****, including failing to resolve after numerous efforts on my part, reporting disputed debt without ****ing it as such, and submitting inaccurate information to credit bureaus.
