I signed up for a "free trial" with Spectrum internet. When i decided to go with their competitor ****** they said ok you owe us $300 ish dollars. I then proceeded to call the *** who sold me the free trial and he acted like that was never discussed. It was a bait and switch scenario and now this collection agency filed something to negatively impact my credit ***ort by 50 points. This business is supporting shady practices and ruining peoples hard earned credit scores for no reason.
