They are attempting to collect a debt that has not been properly validated under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) - 15 U.S.C. 1692g.I have requested a debt validation from Sequium Asset Solutions, but they have failed to provide the following legally required documentation: Proof that they own or have the right to collect this debt. A breakdown of how they calculated the amount of $159.38.The original signed contract with *************Despite their failure to validate this debt, Sequium Asset Solutions continues to report this unverified debt to credit bureaus, which is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) - 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2.Additionally, they have engaged in unfair collection practices by attempting to collect a disputed debt without proper validation. This constitutes a violation of 15 U.S.C. 1692e (false or misleading representation) and 15 U.S.C. 1692f (unfair practices).

    Sequium Asset Solutions has never ever communicated with me but they have file false collection information on with Experian credit reporting agency and within one month my credit score has dropped over ************************************************** debts, so I do not know why they are trying to destroy my life through falsely reported information to a credit bureau.

    On February 13, 2024, Sequium received a payment in the amount of $213.01, which subsequently closed your account as a paid in full. Attached to this response is a paid in full letter.

    Sequium Asset Solutions claims I owe over $1000 for a ******* account delinquent as of 7/5/24. This debt is not mine, I have not had an account with *******/Xfinity in over 10 years, I have never received any communication from Sequium or ******* before this appeared on my credit report. I need this removed from my credit report ASAP.

    I have a collection with this company that has been paid TWICE now and still reporting on my credit. I have tried to call at least 40 times in the past week and leaving messages but will never get a call back! I have tried to send emails and I always get return to sender cause its not a valid address. I am tired of this company messing up my credit for something that has been paid TWICE now!

    Sequium received three credit card web payments for the following amounts:  $91.68 on December 23, 2024, $91.66 on January 21, 2025, and $158.33 on February 3, 2025, which ultimately settled your account in full. Attached to this response is a settlement in full letter.

    Concerning the reporting of this debt to the consumer reporting agencies, on February 4, 2025,Sequium submitted a settled in full update to the credit reporting agencies. As a courtesy to speed up the deletion, a deletion request was also submitted on February 13, 2025.     I am not ******* ****. The response to my dispute even sites his personal email *************************************************

    Please have this collection removed from my credit report as soon as possible as it does not belong to me.
