    I am writing to formally dispute the validity of an account referenced under your records that is associated with my personal information. I categorically state that this account does not belong to me, and the fact that your organization possesses my personal details does not establish any connection or liability on my part.Furthermore, I have experienced identity theft as a result of my personal information being compromised in multiple data breaches, one of which involved Equifax.     I ended service with **************** I was told I would be refunded for both cellular and internet charges. Instead they continued to charge me. When I contacted them multiple times I was told it would be adjusted and over $500 would be refunded to me or credited to my account. They failed to do so and sold a false debt to this company that they probably own and are damaging my credit for their error that they never corrected.

    Hi,I am reaching out regarding a concerning issue with my former residency at ******* at ********. I was employed at ******* for one year before transferring to Reverb at ************* as an assistant manager. While working at *******, I moved onsite on August 6, ******* the time, BH was in the process of taking over Elysian at ******** (now *****************************). Since the property was no longer under ******** management starting either 1st or second week of January 2023 I had to vacate as I would no longer receive my employee discount which had me paying $1904 instead of $2400. On December 26, 2022, Assistant Manager *** ****** had me sign my notice to vacate. I officially moved out on January 1, 2023, left the keys in the unit, and confirmed my move-out with *** via text on January 3, 2023. ******** was replaced by ** shortly after, and all my lease-related documentation was online and electronically signed with ******* at **************, I was surprised to discover that I allegedly owe a balance to this community as like I said before Ive never been notified nor contacted regarding this balance. I had to find out today by my Experian . My account was reportedly reopened in June 2023, then closed and sent to collections with an updated balance in December 2024. If I had any outstanding charges, ******** would not have allowed me to vacate. It appears that ** reopened my account and applied new charges or sequium did, which raises concerns about potential errors or fraudulent activity. I work in property management and I know the consequences to owing apartments, I would never carelessly do this willingly. This was a punch in the face . I would appreciate clarification on this matter and guidance on how to resolve it as soon as possible. Please let me know how we can move forward. I look forward to your prompt response.

However, my account was inexplicably reopened in June 2023, with an unjustified charge of $4,244.74, and I was never informed of this.


    There was no clear communication regarding this matter:
    I never received a call or any direct notification.
    While you claim to have sent mail, can you confirm that it was even sent to the correct address? Simply mailing something to an outdated or incorrect address is not sufficient notification.
    I was only made aware of this issue after it was sent to collections and assigned to an attorneywithout any prior opportunity to dispute or resolve it.


    Additionally, Elysian at ******** no longer exists, yet you are attempting to collect payment under a name that is no longer in operation. This situation is entirely illogical and unjustified.


    At this point, I need confirmation of the following:
    1.The date you submitted this collection for deletion from my credit report.


    2.Written confirmation that this apartment collection will indeed be removed from my credit report.


    3.A clear and detailed response with specific dates, as this wrongful collection has already caused significant damage to my credit and financial stability.


    I understand that processing this may take time, which I am willing to wait but I cannot afford any further miscommunication . If you can please confirm the dates & once it is indeed removed from my collections.

    Sequium Asset Solutions LLC is in receipt of your rejection to our response. As previously stated in our original response, Sequium does not own this debt, but instead is a debt collector collecting on behalf of ******* At Flamingo. As such, we have closed your account and forwarded the matter to Elysian At Flamingo.

    Concerning the reporting of this debt, Sequium submitted a tradeline deletion on February 18, 2025, and again February 25, 2025. Please see the attached referenced document showing the information is no longer being reported. Also included is a copy of the model validation notice mailed to you on May 7, 2024, in accordance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) advising you of your rights as it relates to this debt.

    There will be no further communication from our office regarding the account.
