            I've contacted *********** in regard to a late payment that they say I've accrued in 2023. I've always paid my bill on time which i told them. I also told them the payment not paid due to ho loss and *****. It was an unforseen circumstance. The company keeps saying there is nothing they can do or will do. I'mnot seeking any payment or recoveryfor this period at this time. I just want this problem fixed before it ******* my life any further. I have put a change of address in with **** to the address that I've moved to. I've told them that I didn't receive any mail from them pertaining to a payment being due or pass due because of how I set up the bill to be paid on the due day of every month it was due through my auto pay. I've talked to representatives that were promising me that they were going to remove the late payment of I pay for the next 12 months it will get better. That is not the resolutioni can acceptright now, and it hasn't been removed.

            Three years ago, on somebody elses recommendation, we went through peach date for our USDA loan for our home. There was very little disregard for deadlines, which almost cost us our house. We had to file three extensions to finally close on our house, because they would not submit the information that they had requested from us in a timely manner. Now, my son was preapproved by them for a car loan. He is looking for something affordable. He has now found two different cars that has been denied, because they say they dont like the car. They are trying to get him into a newer, more expensive car, with a bigger loan. He has told them he cant afford expensive car and a bigger loan. They are not being fiscally responsible in their lending. I am so done with this ridiculousness
