Three years ago, on somebody elses recommendation, we went through peach date for our USDA loan for our home. There was very little disregard for deadlines, which almost cost us our house. We had to file three extensions to finally close on our house, because they would not submit the information that they had requested from us in a timely manner. Now, my son was preapproved by them for a car loan. He is looking for something affordable. He has now found two different cars that has been denied, because they say they dont like the car. They are trying to get him into a newer, more expensive car, with a bigger loan. He has told them he cant afford expensive car and a bigger loan. They are not being fiscally responsible in their lending. I am so done with this ridiculousness

I have been with this bank for almost 20 years. In the last 5 years i have seen a decline in customer service all the way around. I go to the Lawrenceville branch on Pike street. Before they moved to the new building you could have full excess to all your banking needs inside the bank Monday thru Saturday with Saturday hours still ending at 12:00. There was a bank teller at every window plus two bank tellers working the drive through. You where always greeted by friendly faces and great customer service. Now since the new building opened up there is no longer any banking inside on Saturdays, a line of cars that wraps around the building on saturdays with only two tellers and during the week if you go inside you are greeted with "stand behind the line on the floor away from the plastic shield" even if you have a mask on with no smile. When you try to call this branch no one ever answers the phone no matter what time of day it is and if you leave a message no one returns your calls. I have tried to reach out to the district mgr with no reply, no return phone call. I would not recommend this bank to anyone. After 20 years I will be searching for a new bank in the new year.

I went with this credit union because I was told they were for the people and they will work with you. I needed a small loan of $5,000 for a vehicle I had the rest. The lady Jessica she was so sincere when I talked to her and she did the best to help me. They came back with a payment of $250 a month for 24 months at 17.4% rate. I explained due to my income and other circumstances I would have a hard time doing that so I asked her if they could help me out by extending the loan so my payments would be cheaper she said let me see what i could do so she went back to her underwriters and they denied and terminated the other offer. This place doesn't give two craps about their customers. I will find another bank to call home. For someone who says they give people second chances they don't give a crap about you.
