    This account is not mine. *** reached out several times since it was placed on my credit report in November 2023. *** asked them to remove it but they have not. They will not return my calls. Its ruining my credit report.

    I checked my three credit reports and found an assumed collection account from ******************** with different opening dates, balances, and last date of activities for this same exact account number. I have never had an account with this company nor received any type of first notice of debt including rights to dispute from this company.My credit reports also show that they have provided this alleged account with inaccurate information. The **** requires that all data reported from the credit reporting agencies, creditors, or furnishers on a consumer's report be 100% ACCURATE, 100% VERIFIABLE, and 100% TIMELY. This means no data can be reported that can't be legally PROVEN to be 100% accurate. My Experian, Equifax, and Transunion credit reports all show different open dates, balances, and last date of activities for this same exact account. This is erroneous and flawed reporting listed on my credit reports. Not only did this company not follow lawful FDCPA communications protocol, but it has also broken FDCPA False or Misleading Representations protocol as well. A debt collector, in collecting a debt, may not use any false, deceptive, or misleading representation. Specifically, a debt collector may not falsely represent the character, amount, or legal status of the debt, or of any services rendered, or compensation he or she may receive for collecting the debt. A debt collector may not communicate, or threaten to communicate, false credit information or information that should be known to be false, including not identifying disputed debts as such. Each of my 3 credit reports show different information instead of them all showing the exact same information. This is considered a false and misleading representation that this company has submitted to the credit reporting agencies.Please remove this account from my credit reports immediately.

    ARC Management Group only reports to one credit bureau,Equifax.  If there are reports on any other bureau, the data was not supplied by ARC Management Group as we do not have an interface for reporting data to any other credit bureau.  In good faith, we have removed the reporting to Equifax while this matter gets straightened out.  As for the validation notices that includes your rights to dispute a debt, the notices were sent out as follows by ARC:

    ARC Management Group purchased the receivables from the original creditor.  You do not have a contract with ARC but with the original creditor Comprehensive Hospitalists of ***********, LLC.  In reviewing your accounts I do not see any health insurance coverage for your services.  If you had health insurance during the time services were rendered, please contact us at ************ or send a copy of the front and back of your insurance card to ******************** so we can follow up with your carrier.  Debt validation documents are being sent to your address on file.

    This company has billed me for $2,089 and I have never been there!! Never been to ******** or any hospital to recieve this bill. This is FRAUD!!

    ARC Management Group has no record of receiving a request.  The original creditor, ****** Emergency Group, has provided us with validation of the debt and we are mailing that to you.  If you would prefer, you can contact our office at ************ and request that the documents be sent via email.  Also, we did not receive any insurance information on your account.  If you were covered by insurance please call our office or send your information via email to ******************** so we can verify if we can have the claim processed through your insurance.

    This company is refusing to remove information on my credit report . They are saying I owe the **** when I have never did business with them ever . I have even pulled up my charts where you guys have someone with the same last name on my account and you guys also billed me for something with that person name and I have never heard of that person . I called multiple times about this issue .

    ARC Management Group has no record of receiving any requests from the consumer.  The consumer does not have a contract with ARC, the debt originated with ********************* Group for services rendered at *********** ***********************.  We are mailing the debt validation to the address we have on file.  The address we have is not in the zip code of ***** in **, as provided in the BBB complaint.  If the consumer will provide their current address, we can mail it their or if they want us to email the documents, we can do that as well.  Consumer can call our office at ************ or email us at ******************** with mailing preference.  We also do not show any insurance information on the account.  If the consumer had insurance, please provide the information to ARC so we can file a claim.

    We provided in another email today the form that was signed in the emergency room.  If you did not go to the emergency room at *******************************, then we suggest that you file a police report for identity theft.  Please send us a copy of the police report so we can get the account closed.  Thank you!

    I'm not liable for this debt with arc management group LLC I do not have a contract with arc management group LLC that's listed on my credit report trying to collect *** reporting negatively on my equifax credit report and they did not provide me with a written contract as I requested. I demand this account to be removed from my credit report
