In the results of your first investigation, you stated in writing that you verified that these items are being reported correctly ? Who verified these accounts? This company is Refusing to remove a HIPPA Violated account from consumer report. That they as a third party without my consent purchased, and are attempting to now collect on. Which we all know that there are multiple laws put in place making this illegal. Especially being a PURCHASED (Medical Bill) from a third party. Furthermore, I am allowed under the ***** law ***************** Portability and Accountability Act of 1996) to protect my privacy and medical records from third parties. In reviewing your account I can see that your health insurance coverage denied coverage for your services. We will remove your account credit reporting from Equifax, the only bureau we report to, while we research why your coverage was denied.
