            Through email and text we bought and put a deposit down on a 2019 *** pickup at 1:00 Saturday October ** and they told us to wait until Tuesday to come pick it up, because it hadn’t been serviced as yet. We received a call 3 hours later, telling us they sold it to someone else. This is fraud as we had excepted the offer and put down money on it. We live in ***** ********, so it wasn’t like we could drive over immediately to find out why they did this. They took our money and agreed that it was ours and then sold it out from underneath us. This is a very shady way of doing business and very upsetting. We have all the text and emails to prove everything.

            I’ve been car shopping for almost two weeks now and out of all the dealers that I’ve been to this dealership has been my WORST experience if I could give zero stars I would. I was literally rushed out of the building because the finance guy wanted to get off of work. I drove 234miles to purchase this car and wasn’t even met with the decency to receive basic customer care. I left empty handed on a low ball offer for the vehicle that I wanted and my trade in that I was even ready to accept. And to top it off I was told that my pre approval check couldn’t cover the cost of the vehicle and that if I financed through the dealership then they’d be willing to stay after hours to process everything even though I arrived at 5:20pm and they close at 7:30pm. They received a credit application from me and didn’t even process it to begin with. I expected to get a little bs because I’m a women but the whole process just made me feel like I was just a number and none of my needs as a customer were met and I didn’t even ask for much.
