    This product is completely useless. I tried the first chip and actually lost mpg. I asked for a refund and was requested to try a replacement chip. I did. Same issue, no improvement on anything. When I again requested a refund, I was told I was out of the 30 day refund policy. Buyer beware, when it seems too good to be true...

    If I could give it 0 stars I would. The "performance chip" is a complete scam. I've tested it and lost 50 miles ot a tank in my 2011 gmc sierra. I was getting 400 miles to a tank went down 50 miles plus no gain on hp which states 60hp 5mpg gain. It did none of that. Plus how they get you is they advertise it on sale so they don't refund you. It's all a scam. Do not waste your money on this product. It's not worth it.

    Problem 1
    Chip is absolutely worthless!!! They claim 60hp gains and Better Mpg.
    I have a NA 2016 Acura ILX so I was already skeptical that a chip could add 10hp let alone 60hp since most gains are made by increasing the boost on a Turbo car. Their claims were 100% false!!
    Now on to Problem 2...
    I called to start my refund well within the 30 day money back guarantee window and have yet to receive the return label.
    Fist they said they can't send it to a @HOTMAIL.COM account. So I gave them my @GMAIL.COM account and still haven't received it. So I called them for a 4th consecutive day and the dude who answered the phone said that since I ordered this worthless device on 6/30/23 that I'm not longer eligible for a refund. Even though they didn't ship it out until 7/3/23 and with the holiday I didn't receive it until 7/6/23.
    UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE SHOULD ANYONE BUY THIS DEVICE AS IT WILL NOT ADD 1HP LET ALONE 60HP.
    ALL I WANT IS MY $100 BACK AND THEY ARE DOING EVERYTHING THEY CAN TO NOT ACCOMMODATE MY REQUEST!!!

    I have a Jeep SRT8 with aprox 600hp.
    I ordered the stage 3 turning chip(Thortan) and I understand that it takes time for it to begin activating (50-150miles)

    I have to say I literally noticed the chip working right after I installed it.
    What I noticed is in the pedal, much faster responce, the pedal felt alot tighter as if it was responding better to my foot.
    Increase in torque.
    In terms of fuel millage, well my jeeps a hog no matter what, if it saved a few cents well great.

    I purchased it because I wanted to get better responce in the gas pedal and it immediately did exactly that.
    I feel like their may be a little more hp but won't know for sure untill I plug in my tuner and run it.
    I proudly display the Thortan sticker on my jeep.

    Does work and easy to install.

    Amazing! I’m not sure what everyone is upset about? Maybe they didn’t notice a difference or some kind of user error but my chip turned my somewhat quick 2023 KIA Forte GT-Line into a bullet! Switch into sport mode and it’s a rocket! Sorry everyone who isn’t satisfied but this customer here is beyond satisfied! Had a issue with payment at first, on my end then once I got it plugged it in and off I was! Thanks Thornton Chip Tuning!!! Happy customer!!!!

    Product does not work, and refund does not applied because it was on sale from 179.00 to 89.00. Refund policy does not applied on sale products. That's a trap

    Put this chip on my 2011 ***** ** and you can definitely feel the extra 60hp. And I’m getting better mpg! Thanks guys!!
