      I had an account with Cricket that had two lines on it. I moved the accounts primary number to a new service in September. When I tried to check on the second line (the number that had not been moved) to discontinue service, I had no online access to the account at Cricket anymore. Nothing would load in the app and the login information was not recognized as an account on Crickets website. It appeared that moving the primary number had closed the account. However, Cricket continued to charge my card for the second line. I never received a text or email notifying me that charges were being made, and I didnt realize charges were occurring until December, by which time three $50 charges had been made to my card without my knowledge. I tried again to access my old account online, but the information was not recognized as belonging to a current account. I tried calling the customer service hotline and was placed on hold for 9 minutes then disconnected in the first attempt and was placed on hold 8 minutes and disconnected in the second attempt. I visited a local Cricket outlet and was informed that Cricket could continue to charge me on autopay for the second line until I discontinued it. I asked how I could have discontinue the line when my account no longer existed and when I was denied access to make changes to the account. I was told that I should have gone by a Cricket retail store and made sure that the autopay was discontinued. I was told that no one could reimburse me for the errant charges. I contacted Cricket on their chat feature on their website and was told that they could continue charging the autopay on the remaining line until it was discontinued, no reply was received to the query of how I should have done so without account access, and I was again told that they would not reimburse me for the charges made in October, November, and December for $50 each.

      The agentcricket Wireless store on 37th and Penn street sold me an ** phone but maintained administrative access over it. I am unable to register the phone as mine nd am restricted from adjusting privacy and security settings. This person has my phone rooted to some computer and can access and modify the settings on my phone, view my location, and all my personal information and online activity. It is very concerning that instead of providing a solution to my legitimate complains , Cricket Wireless instead covers for these employees benefiting from the access they have to our credentials. This willfully negligence does not releif Cricket from their"duty of care" respinsibilty to their costumers safety. It is not safe for me not to be able to update my emergency WiFi location. It is not safe for me not to be able to encrypt my messages, or enable VPN settings and it's not safe for my device information to be remotely accessible. I have called several times and tried to contact online support but I can't even access my online account "oops our system is having trouble" " oh no, the server unexpectedly quit" "the page is no longer available" are the prompts I receive when attempting to resolve the issue. Calling will do no good either because the reps answering the cells do not have authority to actually fix the issue nor permission to acknowledge there is an issue at all. If I can't use my unlimited data , there is an issue. Everything may look well on your end but if I camt contact my loved ones give me back my money so I can purchase some walkie talkies. Far more reliable . crooked.

      False advertising, overcharging and promising to fix everything. I only got a phone from 2018 I did not want and a $60 charge for deal I never got. Never got the credit I was told I would get either. Shame on you!!! Customer service told me they had to give me the iPhone if it was in stock (it waws), and they still refused after 3 or 4 very long trips spent in store (all within the same week). Funny how they approved me for the other phone but not the one I wanted (believe it was same ad choice of phone). Story Mgr. called and they told her they had been getting a lot of the same calls; yet Regional Mgr. still would not authorize advertised phone! He said I would get a credit and no such credit was done. I wanted to return the phone within the 7 days because I did not want the giant ******** they pawned off on me, that is when they gave me a 2018 ******* (smaller) phone that I also did not want. Have feeling it was franchise by way I was treated by Regional or District Mgr. and this is classic bait and switch, totally against the law. I had never been a customer or ever purchased anything which is why I came in for the deal it was only for NEW customers. They tried to tell me it was because "SOMEONE AT MY OLD ADDRESS BOUGHT FROM THEM." Really, that is ridiculous. First of all, that was an address I had not lived at for years, not my name, my new (2yr old) address would not work, her mother's name did not work. BATE AND SWITCH!!!!! All the way around. Why is it your manager cannot fix this??? Your "Regional" Mgr. can't fix this...YOUR ADVERTISED PRICE! I have a 3yr old iphone that I could have just taken to another company and gotten a $15 sim card to turn it on; instead, I got an almost 5yr old ******* phone to replace my 6-7 yr old *******. WTH??? This phone won't be good for long. Where is my refund? Needless to say, the 3 mins the regional spent with us did nothing for me but make me angry that I was blown off like that.       I ask for my money back is I switch to a different phone company and they charge me for one line and now they will not refund me And I even talked to a manager about it to they owe me $229

      Moved carriers and tried bringing along a cricket phone to the new carrier. Cricket would not unlock the phone.

      I will not do business with Cricket again. I purchased a phone from Cricket in August 2022. This month (November 2022) it stopped working. It got stuck on visually impaired and would not allow me to use it. I took it back to the ********* ** store where I purchased it and the rep there could not fix it. I was at the store for several hours. Finally, I just bought a new phone thinking I could get my money back eventually. After all, why should I have to purchase a new phone when it was not my fault that the old one was not working. When I called Cricket, I was told I had to go back to the store, return the new phone I just bought and get a new phone . The downloading process of my pictures and contacts would have to be done again. The problem with this is that the rep could not get my pictures and contacts transferred to my new phone. I worked through that awful process myself at home. I am not willing to go through that again. Cricket made it so inconvenient that I decided to keep my new phone at my expense. The store should have simply exchanged the old phone for a new one. I would have been glad to pay other service charges that go along with the new phone but the phone itself should have been free. This is horrible customer service. An extra note, the store in Watertown is over a half hour away and I am not familiar with the area and since I could not use ****** maps on my phone I had to inconvenience a friend to drive me there. The whole experience was negative. Finally, when I filed a complaint at Cricket ***************** I was told no one would look at my complaint. What is the point then?? I am done with Cricket.

      Just do not select Cricket. The Cricket's phone/Wireless service is downed every Friday in my area. They do not have any respect for their customers. They do not deserve for even one star.

      Cricket offered a phone for free if multiple criteria were met and you paid for a certain plan and activation. All criteria were met and the phone was listed as free in the store and was quoted as free by the employee. When checking out, we were told the phone was going to cost $100 plus the plan and activation. There was a price change, even though we had already been quoted free and the signage in the store listed the phone as free. We realized there would be activation, plan, and charges, but the phone was on their free list. The manager called the district manager who said it was their mistake and to fix it. We could hear entire conversation over the managers phone. The manager offered 10-20% off accessories if we paid $100 for the phone. I asked to speak to the district manager, their manager or someone at corporate and was promised someone would contact me. I even contacted the number the manager said was their cell phone number. She didnt respond and I didnt not hear from anyone. I was promised I would be contacted and she would check on the situation to see what could be done and that I was contacted. No one ever reached out.

      I have been a loyal customers of cricket wireless I have been having a issue with my phone I dont get service while its on if someone calls it goes to voicemail I have been contacting the for months they said my SIM card was old. I replaced the sim the rebooted the network and phone still not I have insurance I was told it could be the phone I put a claim in for the phone weeks has went by and I still havent heard anything from them . Its not fair Im paying for service that Im not getting and they arent trying to resolve this issue so the next thing is file a complaint and go to small claims court I have a recording of me recording our conversation the rep ******* say anything then he hung up on me . I pay my bill faithfully so I should have service.

      We are sorry to hear that you are having problems with the network and phone.
      If the call is going to your voicemail but your phone is not ringing, the issue is with the equipment. The insurance is a third-party company but, when you process a claim, they respond immediately. Visit phoneclaim.com/cricket or call ************ to check current claims.

      Store on ******** in **********, ** has terrible business tactics, policies and procedures. **************** doesn't exist here. I was overcharged for phone than advertised, insurance program is bogus nor would your agents utilize for insured. Overcharged for replacement stating no incentives for customer of 7 yrs. Phone issues only in the last month. No morals from customer service only sales-highest price, lied about stock of lower priced phones. Just terrible
