    I called the ** network that streamed the ******** Girls Basketball tournament games and was directed that NHFS housed the archived live game film. So I paid for the subscription to watch the state tournament games. NFHS never loaded the games, only the press releases for each game. I have called the numbers listed for contacts and was disconnected from both after a 10 minute hold. I did submit a customer service ticket and received an automated email reply, but I was never contacted regarding the issue.This company should be dissolved and should have to refund all paid profits to customers who go screwed.

    Coverage and livestream for last 3 D1 **** HS district regional games 3/4, 3/8,3/11 was very poor. We had to live stream ourselves on FB. Commentary was one terribly sided and hard to listen to, wonder if they are a recruiter for an **** AAU???? They called people from opposing team wrong names. And grammar was less than desired. Do better if you want people to pay, period.

    Absolutely terrible business. I subscribed to watch a local basketball team, but the score and game clock had nothing to do with the game. No announcers, so no way to know what's happening. Whoever runs this should be prosecuted for fraud. Checked with others and they have the same experience.At least they list an address, so we know which AG to file a complaint with. They need to be put out of business fast.

    Over the last month 90% of the time the scores are incorrect or not even there. During todays playoff game they had the scores backward as the winning team with 20 points to the losing teams 74. They also subtracted point after the team score. Then the whole 2nd half of the game wasnt working. I complained and asked for a refund for it not working and they refunded me and canceled my account. This is a joke.

    Horrible announcers and all one sided !! Waste of money !!! Felt like it was the other teams announcers and they need to stay away from being one sided !!

    Terrible! Last game had such strong static I had to mute the sound. Difficult to look up schools. Was using the app from ROKU and subscribing just sent me in circles. I had to access on my phone to actually subscribe. The pathetic little score strip does not give much game information if in fact it is working. Unfortunately this is the only way to stream some high school games. Some schools use ********* thank goodness! SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLED

    Shocked at such lousy coverage of ** regional basketball games on 3/4/23. The 2A East games especially, as they had no scoreboard or game clock displayed on the screen nor a commentator so basically unless you were keeping your own score and clock you didn't have a clue what was going on...totally unacceptable for a paid site. Watching 3A East game displayed score and clock but displayed OT5 for quarter and clock displayed numbers like 28:80 so you never knew time in game. I do have to give kudos to the coverage of the 1A West at ******************* as it had a ********** by play commentator with a more reliable scoreboard and clock. I'm guessing the **** folks just didn't show up at the 2A East games since there was nothing. I am hopeful that my local TV station will pick up the championship games I am interested in on Saturday 3/11/23 because YOU'RE FIRED! The NCHSAA should set you free, too!

    The service is terrible, very unreliable. Over the past two basketball seasons I have seen about 33% of the games I attempted to watch because of technical problems. It is frustrating and disappointing.

    NFHS is a joke. Terrible Video and sound when it actually works. IHSA needs a new provider!
