    Same story as all the other posts. "Forced" to subscribe to this platform to watch a streaming playoff high school varsity game. Under the impression that we had cancelled and/or notified with recurring billing. Nothing. Finally determined that we were being charged $13.99 for 12 months +. It's vague description in the bank statements led us to believe it was for another service. Going to their website , informed us that in order to cancel we needed to log into "our account" but none of our emails are associated with this website/platform and are not able to cancel. Checked here:************************************************************************ Nothing. Emailed the support email to escalate and resolve this. Have yet to receive a response. The sheer volume of complaints with the recurring theme leads me to believe that what they are doing is misleading and fraudulent. Seeking this charges to stop and receive a reimbursement since it's impossible to cancel if you can not log in to a non-existent account.

    Do not subscribe to NFHS Network EVER! I have tried to cancel my subscription 6 times and they charged my credit card twice after cancellation! You cannot reach them by phone either!

    First UIL prohibits anyone from streaming the game because NFHS is streaming it. $$$$ About the money. Attempting to watch the Coahoma vs S&S Consolidated state semi final softball game. All other things streaming just fine @ 400 MB/s and huge processor. They always cut out, dont load, lags. Very unreliable. They will write some message how sorry they are to this message but just read through the comments. You think theyre making any real changes to improve this? No, that would cost money. You think the *** doing anything? Absolutely not, just getting paid. People need to wake up to this ***, getting money hungry and dont care about the athletes, fans or schools. Turning into the **** making money off your kids with no re-distribution. **** is part of their bad decisions. Dont let anyone make you believe either of these are adding any real value. *** - if you cant make it physically to the game, dont count on watching it. Just tune into to your local, reliable radio station and listen to it. When you complain real time, they just say everything good on our end, must be on yours. However 100s of people have the same problem during the game. They have a F rating. *** dont even let your kids participate in athletics with an F, but you can be the network of choice for the right price. ***. Demand both of these people do better or get punishment, just like they do your children.

    **** is the absolute worst streaming platform! Not only do they deceive users to believe the event or game one wants to stream will be available, they also have lay people doing the filming and doing their own commentating during events- moms that are starkly and making comments not only about ******************** uniforms but to referees as well as if the refs dont know what they are doing. Completely unprofessional!Additionally, their firetv app is worthless in functionality, search, and playback!

    I signed up to watch 1 football game. After the game, I thought I cancelled the subscription. The minute my Credit card was charged for another month, I immediately contacted NFSH through support (no phone number available). It kept responding that it would transfer me to the correct team. Well, nothing happened, again and again.I think they intentionally make it difficult so one gives up. I have spent hours trying to get reimbursed. Do not recommend this website to ANYONE. I will never use it again.

    Horrific. Last week I missed the entire first quarter because they were playing another team and an old game. Today the game isn't showing up again. Now suddenly the app isn't compatible with my television and can't uninstall and reinstall it. AFTER it was already paid for.

    I signed up for this streaming service in November, so that I could watch my granddaughters basketball games. The first game was experiencing technical difficulty, and finally came on around halftime. The second game I watched, and now on the 3rd game, it's been on stand by again for technical difficulties. The game is likely almost over now. Very frustrating after paying $70 for this service!! I've also tried watching her way games, but even when the other school is listed, it's not available. So very disappointing!!

    Bought the subscription in order to see my home-town high school play in state championship. I left the countdown live in tv for nearly 24 hours. When game time arrives, I recd a message there would be a delay. Never came on. What a blatant ripoff!!

    This is by far the worst experience ever. I hav watched multiple games on ******* for Legend High produced by students that is 1000% better. It actually works. Do better or stick with the groups that provide for free. Horrible!
