    I signed up for this streaming service in November, so that I could watch my granddaughters basketball games. The first game was experiencing technical difficulty, and finally came on around halftime. The second game I watched, and now on the 3rd game, it's been on stand by again for technical difficulties. The game is likely almost over now. Very frustrating after paying $70 for this service!! I've also tried watching her way games, but even when the other school is listed, it's not available. So very disappointing!!

    Bought the subscription in order to see my home-town high school play in state championship. I left the countdown live in tv for nearly 24 hours. When game time arrives, I recd a message there would be a delay. Never came on. What a blatant ripoff!!

    This is by far the worst experience ever. I hav watched multiple games on ******* for Legend High produced by students that is 1000% better. It actually works. Do better or stick with the groups that provide for free. Horrible!

    Don't fall for this app. The video is the worst effort I've seen at live streaming. Very unprofessional with terrible lagging, out of focus, poor video quality, missing entire plays, player numbers nonvisible, audio and video not in the same time frame. You should be ashamed for taking peoples money.

    As our service largely relies on automated cameras at local high schools to produce the stream, the quality can vary depending on the resources and setup available at each location. That said, we recognize the challenges you described, including lagging, video quality and we agree these are unacceptable.


    Were going to work closely with the school to see where we can improve their streaming setup.

    I think the commentators for the championship game QO vs **** was very disrespectful towards the wise fans I DO NOT APPROVE of the language used.

    Absolutely Horrrible, tried watching my HS playoff game and it kept freezing. Not to mention the announcers weren't great either. I watched the game on ** live. My cousin was broadcasting and was so much more entertaining. NO FREEZING!! **** I want my money back!!!

    Absolutely ******** you cant talk to a live person after hours of dealing with the same ******** on there chat system!!!! Billing me for a service I cant even use .

    I subscribed to **** around November 17, 2024. I read there was no refunds, and I was fine with that as long as I was able to watch the games. However, I regret the day I heard about this company. They gladly took my money but have not produce services promised. I did not get to see any of the game due to constant technical issues displayed on the screen from the beginning to the end of the game. The games were important to us because our grandson and nephew team made it to the playoff, and we desperately wanted to support them. They are on the same high school team. In my opinion, it's a scam and they should be held accountable. I could not figure out how to speak to an actual person about this issue. Therefore, I cancelled the subscription, but they did not refund my money for not being able to see anything!!

    If I could give 0 stars I would. I had problems last year and said Id never use **** again but my husband wanted to see a semi-final football game that was important to him. So, after preparing food and drink for friends, we saw nothing but buffering and pixelated screen and sometimes nothing at all. So frustrating my husband has coached football for 35 years and his videoing of a game was 100 times better than ****. Fix it please and return my money!

    Told me I could watch a high school football game. I paid the fee. Logged on. The game is delayed. In reality it is in progress and almost over at this point. ****.
