    When it works is great, but most of the time it is lagging, cutting out and all arund glitchy. During the finals, I would constantly loose the feed and spent most of my time watching a spinning dial on my screen. I thought it was my internet but after finding out the she thing was happening to people in other towns and even other countries, I realized the prob6 was with them. Don't bother going to the website to let anyone know. The "Help" chat bubble is an AI Bot and that will get you no where.

    Terrible give my money back. Camera misses everything and then shuts off with 3secs left and wont come back up. I vote every school goes to another streaming service.

    Terrible coverage of and from ******************* Missoula MT. Tonight in ********, 3 seconds to go, score 21/21, and ******** going for 3 pt field goal. Streaming stopped. 10 minutes later still no streaming. During Big Sky HS home games the camera is horrendous, no recognizable audio, no scoreboard, just terrible.

    We keep getting a charge of $11.99 for months now and we can not find an account that we subscribed to in order to cancel it. We have tried contacting **** and have not heard back. I guess the only option now is to have my bank block the charge.

    We subscribed and paid $11.99 to watch one game. We received the message that the automated camera was having technical difficulties and the game would not be available. They will not provide a refund.

    **** is a ripoff. I've suscribed for two years in a row to watch my grandchildren play football and each year the site either had "technical difficulties" and didn't display the game, or the video was of such poor quality that that you could not even see what was happening in the game.

    Total scam service, I want a *********** is showing however there is no sound, countless emails sent and call attempts made to this company. No answer, no avail. The ads play loud and clear but the service consumers pay for is unable to be rendered. Frustrating I want a refund.

    To say I was excited about this service is an understatement, I was thrilled to watch my kids perform something they love when I am unable to attend in person. Yet, to sit and wait patiently for the event to start only to be presented with a "sorry, the services are not available" message, is not the output I desired. Every time I send a ticket, I get the same system message reply of "we are working the issue". There is NO customer support number and most likely that is because they do not want to hear how bad their services are. Easier to directly send an email message to the trash then to re-route a phone to a non-existent help ********* money back would be a plus but I would rather be able to watch my children play and a company actually provide the service they offer!Would leave zero stars if that were an option!

    Tracking so bad. The party is in the end zones, not the sidelines. Scoreboard not updating as the game goes on. No clock running. No one is monitoring the stream. Worthless service. **** should not be providing livestream services.

    Horrible service! I want to cancel my subscription and cannot get a person to talk. Only messages. Would give NO stars but not an option.
